PL2303 GPSInfo for Android
Another Marshmallow user here that can't get it to work. "Cannot Start: Mock locations disabled" Running Android 6.0.1 on a Sony Xperia Z3 compact. I don't have "Allow mock locations" in the developer tab per se. I do have the ability to "Select Mock Location App" and it is set to PL2303GPSInfo. I suspect this is this versions equivalent.
It appears to not support Android Marshmallow as it gives a "mock location not enabled" error even though mock location is enabled.
Stupid app throws a mock location not enabled error though the app is allowed mock locations. Piss poor interface as well. Starting to seriously regret my decision to be duped into buying a Globalsat dongle just to have it not work at all...
Can't get it to work with android 6.x even with mock locations enabled (continually says mock locations aren't enabled when they very much are).
Android 7.1 (Nougat) on CM 14.1 doesn't work despite mock locations pointing to the app and the baud rate set in build.prop to 4800.
install updated version but still not work with android 6 marshmallow
It appears to not support Android Marshmallow as it gives a "mock location not enabled" error even though mock location is enabled.
Really bummed this doesnt work in Android 6.x - please fix!
Not working on LG G2 phone
Great resource for getting a mock location using a BU-353S4 USB GPS. Please implement auto GPS start. The option is there but it is greyed out.
Works with Android 5.1.1 and the ND-105C dongle. However the app is not very stable, and it has stopped running unexpectedly many times.
Sadly don't know what to do with the Globalsat pl2303 dongle now.

Works fine on Android 6, unfortunately it has some serious issues, particularly when using it on car sat nav tablet. - doesnt autostart. I need to manually run the app and enable gps in it every time I wake up my tablet from sleep. - doesnt support landscape mode - doesnt support tablet resolution. So basically every time I need my gps I need to manually run this app and find an option to enable gps in a really small, rotated sideways window
