SammyDress: Dress for Less

Took a month for me to receive two packages. Was given the wrong tracking website for one of the packages. Same package wasn't shipped until 10 days after I ordered it even when it said "takes 3 days to ship" after you make the order. Was contacted by customer service and they gave me 500 pts in my account and also said they were going to review their services for better service in the future. Also responded in a timely manner. Gave me the correct tracking website.

I love the stuff on this app!! I have placed 2 orders with them so far... 1st order was easy to track etc... this second order took forever (almost 3 weeks) to ship out. I paid extra for tracking # but can't track it for some reason... I have sent 2 emails & haven't received a response!! If I wasn't so happy with 1st order I wouldn't have given them 5 stars... hopefully I get my order soon or at least most of it.. part of it didn't ship & don't know when it will... still shows for sale on the app, so don't know why it didn't ship!!

They have really cute clothes but it took forever for me to get my package! Only to find out the pants I ordered came in 2 sizes too small. And the shirt was like silk when it was suppose to be cotton.

It's nice. It has great clothing for great deals. However on this app i can't search for anything at all. It just says no results found. Clearly this needs to be fixed very very soon, as i should be able to search for what i exactly want. I also can't view my favourites nor visit options at all. This also is a very urgent

I usually get what I order but the last order two items sat with a waiting to ship status. There is no way to contact anyone except for email tried the several times. I got an auto reply email saying they would get back to me and never did. They bill me for the two items and I never got it. Too bad it has turned me off so I wont order from them again. I'm not in the habit of giving away my hard earned money.

this site is nuts. I just got my order and everything is the wrong size..you have order 2-3 sizes bigger to be the size it's supposed to be. and when you call customer service they don't answer or return your calls . never will I order from here again or recommend it to anyone not even my worse enemy!!!! just horrible very very disappointed!!!!! and on top of all this still missing 3 of my items I ordered.

I had used the site once before and I didn't have any problems. I paid the regular shipping and it got in good time. One was torn and they credited my account. I tried shopping for the holidays and even though some things took time to get here I was very satisfied with my merchandise. There was a few discrepancies with sizes but the site was quick to fix the matter.

I am asking of my necklace which I paid for and you are me my parcel number. Thats criminology thieves. I need my money back or i do something you guys will end up taking me to court

The shopping is great, though sizes run very small. My issues are with the app. I can't access anything but the main page, or the list of categories that runs across the top of the main feed. I have to open an item to even be able to look in my cart. The store is great, the app sucks.

I've bought a lot from this site since long time! I must admit that i've never found a site so good for buying! Products have good quality, shipping is fast, the support center is always there for you, plus, they are so kind! products don't cost so much in fact, in fact everyone should buy from this site! recommended! 5 star!

UPDATE: they made the APP MORE WORSE than before. I used to SEARCH up "4XL" and all the clothes they had that size would show up. That feature is gone. Look at every corner of the items before you buy them to make sure they compliment you.

Maybe I added it on a bad day. Maybe it works great. But nothing ever shows up when I search. Even when I just type in "dress" absolutely nothing. When looking at kids stuff I had the option to sort by clearance and on sale but not by BOY stuff? Likely, I'll stick with the website.

Terrible customer service! They don't respond to your requests for contact and information about your order and why they are not sending the entire order. Then you pay for shipping and insurance and recieve messages that they want more money before they will deliver. And still other than wanting more money they don't get back to you! Very disappointing and terrible service!

I will gladly change my two star to a five when the bug is fixed. The search doesn't work. I type in "clothes" or even click a (popular search) suggestion and it responds; No search result found for 'null'. Very frustrating. But other than that, I am almost addicted. If you have any love for me and/or want a lot of my money PLEASE fix the search problem. Customer for life once that's done.

I ordered 5 times from Sammy dress,first 3 I hadn't used any offers from them like s points, I got the items ,and lot of them was damaged,and they refunded it,4th time I used money which they refunded to wallet and they cancelled the order and the worst end finally 5th time I ordered through PayPal account and from which they accepted first 3 transactions ,they finally cancelled my order because I used s points which I had few and I used promocode for discount, my better suggestion to don't waste your time

Waited almost two months just to get a completely broken smashed item. If by some miracle the company makes this right I WILL give a better review. So far NOT impressed. **UPDATE!** Sammy Dress has refunded my order, they apologized sincerely for the accident that WAS NOT THEIR FAULT! They have also been in contact with the shipping company to ensure something like this will not happen to anyone else. Thank you so much Sammy Dress!! I really appreciate the quick action you have taken to correct the issue

If you're willing to pay $20 plus for 3 day shipping and is ok with receiving your items a month later this is the company for you. They also refuse to give you a refund . This company is horrible and advise NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR GO TO THE SITE AS THIS COMPANY IS A CON. Also Eircom customer service line is disconnected ! Do not bother with this company. Cheap clothing for a bad company

Thanks for providing me with an invalid tracking number so that when my items got delivered it was to the wrong address and I couldn't have it replaced! I also paid for expedited shipping and the shipping definitely wasn't expedited. Terrible terrible terrible! 1000 thumbs down! Also I have no tracking number now because I deleted the app and I couldn't contact you for weeks. I'm really just over it and want my money back. I can provide proof of my payment.

This app works really well, easy to navigate. I love both the app and the purchases I've made. The only thing that doesn't work is the search function, you have to look for an item via the categories

Still haven't received my jacket that was ordered a month and a week ago. I've been waiting for what seems like forever and feels like I'll never get what I paid for. Granted, great deals and nice products. But horrible shipping methods.

My issue still has not been resolved I was sent someone else's order and they are telling me that they send me the order that I purchase I've shown them pictures of what I received and still nothing I don't understand how people do business like this...... update as of December 16 2016 sammydress has not helped me on the issue that's they send me someone else's order and have not fixing it yet.. the one time I try to get myself something special for my birthday and this company don't do business right

Hello, I really love sammydress and have been buying items for years. My problem is the three line bar at the top right. I can not tap on it to access my profile or favorites list. Can you please fix this bug? I just told my friends about this great app... & downloaded sammydress again, but i cant access the red bar :(

Search box doesnt work for me. Prices have gone way up than before, and i personally dont think majority of the clothing is worth that much. Polyester is a cheap material, pretty much every clothing on the site is made of it and the prices dont match at all. Ive bought 1 or 2 peices of clothing off the app, that i fell in love with, but when it arrived, the material was made of polyester and i didnt like it at all, it felt and looked so cheap and it wouldnt even wash well, washing powder stuck to it and made powder blotches all over the tops. I havent worn it once, only tried it on

So image my dislike when I check on price and one dress over 25.00 than u seen some trying to get me to get two of them I was going to buy dress and boots but being done that way is not right at all and trying to get money that don't belong to you...You should be a shame of yourselves and of your store and I will let everyone of my friend that shop with you what you did and they want be back and I had a few that got me to start shopping there what a terrible thing to do to new customer.....

After paying around $300 for my order,I didn't receive any e-mail or message from sammydress that explained where the shipment is, after 14 days I sent them an e-mail asking what's going on, the answer was that I need to pay more for ( flat shipping fee) or to be sent via (DHL)with refund.What the heck you are talking about. At the time I'm waiting to get my order with no hearing anything from you, u where sleeping on my order and waiting me to connect you.i have doubt about this site. To be continued.

I had a tiny problem with their delivery time but it was out of their control. I contacted them and they fixed it and gave me a nice gift. You should consider them

Beautiful stuffs. However, they can't deliver all at once. Having received each stuff from each location makes me confused. The apps is not working well in my phone.

I love the quality of clothes but I'm have a problem with one of my orders ...I have not received it and it says I purchased it but there is no tracking number or anything. .I don't understand. ...and also there is no way to contact sammy dress with my issue because I'm Canadian. ...the app is terrible

I ordered a few items over a months ago and paid express shipping and I still haven't received it... This is ridiculous and I don't know how to contact them to find out where my order is... Guess I just wasted $150

The clothes are great but have to order most of them two sizes bigger than my actual size (if you are a 3x,order a 5x) and it takes two weeks + for your stuff to arrive other than that no real problems with this site

Horrible product and absolutely no customer service. Phone numbers listed on the website are not in service. I have not been successful with contacting customer service for returning the products purchased and 30 days is about to expire for returning items. I will never make another purchase on this app.

I ordered 3 items and I only got one. I payed over pay pal so I should have gotten all of them. I'm pissed where are my other 2 items??

I ordered many items from this site and i got 'em all, however the packages usually arrive in about 24 days to my country, my experience with sammydress was quite good, the customer service & the quality of items that i bought were good too, SAMMYDRESS IS THE BEST!!

Was supposed to get both of my things in the one package and only got one of them still waiting for the other one the first one died my skin black so I'm not a very happy camper can't find a phone number that works for them to call them and do not have any decent they don't have no decency to call me back or get ahold of me on my email I put on Facebook and told all my friends not to be getting Sammy's dresses because it's not worth getting

I can't search anything I want in this app....it gives me message " no search results"... For an example if I want to search for a green colour evening dress,t the only option is to go through entire list of party frocks wasting 2,3 days.....
