It's alright. Have bought a few things. Takes a while and can be low quality but you get what you pay for. I dont like that you can't see reviews on this app. The Shein and Romwe apps both provide their customer reviews. This does not make sense particularly because all customer reviews of Rosewholesale are visible on the website. Why was this left out of the app? Something to consider upon the next update.

Seems like a good deal till you see the shipping costs for multiple items.... The cheap cost of thr items they charge makes up by the obscene shipping charges. Found some of these exact items on ebay for FREE shipping. Take your shipping cost down and maybe i will buy.

Great range of products at great prices however as others have said when you go to checkout, the zhipping to aus is almost twice the price of what im buying ($100 for shipping $50 worth of gear is nuts). Also the app seems to have lots of bugs, but ill pass them into the dev team in case they arent aware.

First order wrong, second order 2 weeks late and won't let me sign in even though I'm putting the correct code in it's saying wrong code. It does this every time you log in to track a missing parcel. AVOID .... CONSTANT EXCUSES MADE NEVER A REAL ANSWER AS TO WHY I PAID 7 DAY DEL. N STILL WAITING A MONTH LATER.... ALSO BE CAREFUL AS IF THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU WANT OR THE SIZE THEY SEND THE NEAREST THEY HAVE NOT TO LOSE A SALE. AND YOU NEED TO SIGN IN AND SUBMIT TICKETS RATHER THAN JUST A LIVE CHAT? NICE CLOTHES RUBBISH TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Parcels nowhere to be seen YODEL haven't even received it. Update..... 7 WEEKS LATER STILL NO PARCEL ? ROSEWHOLE WOULD YOU CARE TO EXPLAIN?

Wouldn't let me remove items from pay list. Had to keep resubmitting new order forms to bring the price down. Payment hardly changed after all. Just a complete waste of time. Trash!!!!!!

I love my dress. It came pretty fast and just at th right time. Overall love it.

I paid to have a dress 7 to 10 day delivery and that was a month ago. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE. VERY VERY POOR

App "refunded" me 3 items without reason and I never received my money back.

There is no option to cancel order and I need to cancel the order and get my money back .

My order was through on the 3rd of July but up to date I haven't received anything...How do i go about claiming my money back? Please help good people because i paid a hell of a money for my order. This is so unfair

I think that this is a great idea and for the right company it could be fantastic. I was charged for priority shipping and received economy post. Also charged for my complete order and was shipped partial order, with no explanation for why it is not complete. Contact the company and all you get is a vague answer of when you will receive the product ordered.

This site is selling worst and unworthy products... Friends, please avoid this... go directly to shop and select dresses... nowadays all the cloth shops have trial room facility... don't make you fool by ordering this site... don't waste your money...

I have been trying to contact Rosewhosale in regards to items I purchased. I have been sent a tracking number that is saying is invalid. I am wondering if there's any other way to contact them? Have tried on Facebook and this app doesn't let me contact them. Help ?

All I can say is that customer service is good but I didn't receive my package that seem to have lost in the system but they offered me a full refund and I took it

APP doesn't have all feature that webpage does. Tracking on app doesn't work.

The products take forever to load, frustrating trying to view items further down your screen.

I ordered first time, tops came in very slowely. Liked all of them for its price. Second time I ordered on July 15 with express in 7 days, it is now Aug 30 and have not received any of the 5. I have sent 5 times the tracker, keep getting automated message regarding not finding my address. That my address does exist. I live in Toronto, Canada. You have already delivered before... what is your delay. I have tried calling the US number for the past week, no answer at any time of day. Tried entering tracker with DHL and tracker number does not exist. Stop suggesting to contact DHL. It does not work, you try doing it, you track it as it is your duty for your loyal customers. Then let us know. Especially for those that have sent you numerous emails. So disappointed. From other reviews, I can see others have the same problem. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Rose Warehouse, if you read this, you have resent my order as it got lost. You sent me email, now still waiting... no shipment RECEIVED... EMAILS HAVE DISAPPEARED. Am not entirely sure of what goes on but I ordered 2 items a month ago and I haven't received my package . I contacted them via email and got no response , I tried Instagram and still no response . Am based in South Africa and am not happy at all.

This company is a cheat.. I placed my order almost 2 months back and paid the whole amount the same day... But i have not recieved anything till date. Will report the matter to cyber crime investigation department.. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a present and it was in stock when I ordered it, they cancelled and refunded stating it was out of stock, I emailed several times and even tried calling the American # given it was a non working #.. don't trust it...

When paying 40 for postage u would think that the package would get posted that week so disapointed its talking this long

Price is a bit high but fabric have a good quality shipment is suck as it takes over a month before you Recieve your order.
