Yoshop products are of good quality and at reasonable prices. I've ordered about a dozen of dresses until now and a Lightning McQueen watch for my son. All the dresses are amazing in terms of style, quality of material, design, colour and so reasonably priced. I've received plenty of compliments for my dresses. My son is super happy with the watch. I've also ordered accessories like earrings and anklets. They are equally good. I can vouch for Rosegal products. This website is for real! The only flip side is the delivery time. You have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the products to be delivered. But their after sales service is excellent. You'll get immediate reply to all your queries and refunds.

I ordered 2 dresses. Only one arrived. I never got any tracking info. the dress I bought is beautiful as pictured but it is way too small. I am a size six and I would have had to order an extra large to have this dress fit me. The sizing chart didn't match the size of the dress at all. Won't order again. Edit: sizing chart was wrong. I haven't received any emails from you. Edit: Refunded half my Order Edit: remove my email address from your public response! Value privacy!

I see alot of nice stuff up there. I ordered for express shipment and been waiting just as long as i would've waited for regular shipment tho! I can't even call the place to see how my order is doing. Plus the gmail they put up don't work! Smh

App promised discounts on different levels of purchases however wouldn't let me access my account by signing into my Facebook so I ended up having to delete it. Waste of time to be honest.

Also don't have a working phone number so I think my wife got ripped off......UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE....I would not recommend this site to anyone. My wife placed an order over a week ago and it still shows processing and noone for this piece of crap company answers the number listed nor will they reply to emails. So after there initial attempt to fix the problem, they again have begun to ignore emails. They don't want to fix the problem....they just want to stop me from giving a negative review.

WHERE IS IT? Answer me HERE! I'm fed up with this "shhh! Contact us in private! We don't want everyone to know how we screwed up the app!" You owe EVERYONE an explanation!

They sent me 2 of the same thing, when I ordered 2 different items. No receipt, no contact info, no return phone calls. Waste of time and money. At least answer calls

My daughter and I can both find clothes that we like on this site and are affordable. Yes, shipping takes awhile, but what do you expect for free. We are very happy customers!

The item was nice but i paid for 3-7 day shipping if i would have known it was going to take 25 days i wouldn't have paid for fast shipping. So they took extra money for nothing. No it was not, i ordered it may 31st i didn't receive it til after the 21st of june.

All of a sudden I turned on my phone and Rosegal was gone and this took its place. I'm so confused. It makes me not want to use it. Please tell me what is going on?!

Placed 2 orders and never received them one still says processing and the other says shipped but the tracking number don't exist and cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back. Still haven't heard anything and no one will respond to my emails I will never order from this company again very bad experience

This app is awesome but the only thing is that it doesn't accept gift cards. A little upsetting but their products are pretty nice.

Every since my rosegal updated to yoshop, the app loads very few products. Only 2 or 3 per page.

Its been 14 days!!! Where is my stuff???? I havent gotten my money back and talked to 2 rude as hell people that yelled at me. Not fair! Want my stuff or my money back!!!!!!

Everytime I clicked what I wanted to order the app would go back to the homepage it done the same thing when I tried to create an account and it says please log in first

I wanted a shirt, saw the offer for a lower price if you used the app. I loaded the app, prepared the order and my first card was denied for payment (my recent payment hadn't processed). I went to use another card and had to start from scratch as my order didn't save. Then it didn't give me the app price nor the $10 off my first order, also promised when I opened an account. I emailed, as there's no"chat" feature, and email Said it would be answered within two days. I've received nothing.

I love phone gadgets and cases, everyone doesn't have an iPhone yet when i went to search for android or lg phone items basically nothing.

Every time I click on anything in app, whole app restarts not allowing me to order or even check anything out

I really like that Rosegal is offering a really good variety for men, unique and interesting. Also, I really like the points system that they have to keep customers

It doesn't have the right size I brought something that was supposed to be xl and its a small and can't even get my money back even though I did not put on this app is a scam to get your money

If you are bigger than 1x don't bother. They have super cute tops but the sizes are discriminating. Uninstalling

I payed for faster shipping to make sure I recieved my order before I leave on vacation. It said it would take 6-8 days shipping. It has been a total of 9 days and has yet to arrive. It will not allow me to track my order. Tried calling the phone number and it is just voicemail. Starting to think this company is a scam!!!!!!!
