Horrible. Do not order from these people. Won't return emails and no other way to reach them! Put in a order, they surely had no problem taking my money And like to say there is different processing dates. Have not received my paid products and they have not even been shipped. It's a scam. they just reply on this to send email they won't reply too.
The clothes sold on this site are not for women with curves or large busts. The sizing charts are very misleading. Come to find out I cannot return the items I purchased so now I am stuck with Barbie doll sized swimsuits. Super...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!Ordered something 2 weeks ago and still hadn't gotten my order. I had to contact them to see what was going and they told me that one of the things I ordered was discontinued. I didn't get an email saying that the item was discontinued.
Was thinking about making a big haul for my wig collection. Spent countless hours searching through the wigs making several selections. After finding several different wigs I continued to check. I entered my coupon and noticed my subtotal went up $5 before the coupon took anything off ! TOTAL SCAM!!! After bringing it to customer service they refused to acknowledge what was happening. Will remove my review once problem is fixed. Until then DON'T USE THIS APP!
I ordered a dress the beginning of May......still waiting. Too long to wait for anything now days. Really disappointed.
So many bad reviews but I gave it a shot and ordered 3 dress tops on 8/6/17. Stated upto 15 days to process and send out. Been watching my order status since and no change. Emailed them 29/6/17 asking what's the update and got a reply today 30/6/17 saying 2 of the 3 items is unavailable. I was really annoyed because why it take so long to even inform me and would I even been told if I never even emailed in the first place. Well i requested they send the remaining dress top and refund the rest back to my paypal. Now let's see if I get my refund and the dress. Fingers crossed.. And I gave this app the benefit of the doubt too.. Guess this is a possible warning to new comers like me.
I waited over a month to receive a bathing suite it came and definitely did not fit I ordered the correct size but it's a one piece it's chris crossed in back so getting it over my hips was impossible so I could cover the rest of my body absolutely rediculous. There should have been a hook in the back and the material very thin not good @ all.
I ordered 2 bathing suits from your company and paid extra for 3 to 7 day shipping it has now been 9 days and my order says it hasn't even shipped yet. Idk what type of company this is, but it's not a good one by any means. I tried every number I could find and the one on this app picked up, said nothing and when I said hello they hung up. What kind of customer service is that? So do you just steal money and make it impossible for anyone to even complain. I think the authorities should be looking into what ever scam you are running.
I placed an order 22 days ago and nothing. I want a refund. The phone number it's not even working. Worst shopping app ever!!!
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS APP! Purchased 2 shirts at the beginning of May and still have not received them. Sent an e-mail for a refund and got no response.
Places a order on 5-13-2017 And still don't have my product. No one answers the phone and it should not take a whole month to get a hat.

I love this app i use it for mostly hoodies jackets and watches and so far ive been satisfied. However i did order a watch once and when i got it,it was broken. My brother fixed but it still should be noted.
I think this app can be better, I don't judge on how long it takes to get here bc it is coming from China. But, when you heart things to put them in your favorites, you should be able to click on favorites to relook at those items that you're considering buying. I've added a few things and can't go back and look at them and now can't find them. So until that's fixed, I'll keep my rating at 3.
I'm afraid that my order might not even get sent out. I ordered a week ago and it said "Thank you very much for your purchase, your order number is" i won't put it here but if I get a email sent I'll gladly share that. Im getting upset because of all the review I'm seeing and one of them matches my problem being charged twice and I payed BOTH thru PayPal. I really would like for my items to come in i also payed for shipping. I haven't received anything besides a payment not going thru which is a lie because my phone sent me a text telling me I've been charged.
VERY CHEAP & POORLY MADE CLOTHES! When I wanted to get a refund they gave me half my purchase price and they didn't even want their product back! Material felt like Halloween costume material and one item had what looked like fishing line for stitching. Don't be tempted by the pretty clothing. It's poor quality.
You don't get your orders but they take your money. I have emailed them plus called the phone number listed here. Haven't gotten one reply from the email and the phone no one answers. ...
Terrible. I paid extra for "standard shipping" which states all over their website that that is 6-8 business days. On the afternoon of the 8th business day I emailed them asking for a full refund as I paid for shipping so it would be here in time for my holidays. They told me that standard shipping is 10-25 days and that I should just wait! My boyfriend also ordered off dress lily the day after me, paid standard shipping also and on the afternoon of the 8th day his clothes still haven't even been shipped! We spent over £140 together and they've happily taken our money but not given us our products in the time promised. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Find another app and company.
I ordered a swimsuit. The picture clearly shows that the bottoms is a shorts cut. I received a brief. Also I ordered a 4x. I usually where a 3x. I can't even begin to get the top on. Also the refund process is ridiculous. It would cost me more time and money then the item is worth. All over horrible experience. This link in the reply doesn't work. The size chart is not accurate. This is very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
Wish they would let me cancel an order to get most of my money back and 24/7 customer service my ass like I kinda thought it was too good to be true and hopefully I get it within the week through expedited shipment they are located in the united kingdom so it will take a bit before getting the item(s)
They attempted to charge me an additional amount thru paypal invoice after I had already made a purchase and paid. Also, u cannot cancel an order thru this app, u have to goto the website directly.
I ordered a bathing suit at the end of May with standard shipping to insure I would receive the bathing suit for summer swim season. I have since had to order the same bathing suit from another site as I have yet to receive the bathing suit from dresslily when I check it says processing. I have checked and the website says allow 7-10 days from payment for processing. And the money cleared the bank on the 2nd of June. It should at the very least be shipped by now.
Ordered a shower curtain a month ago still haven't gottin it. It's been a the half way mark 4 five days. Did the truck get stuck under a bridge.
I couldn't even get my shipping address typed in.... It just kept telling me that it "failed" with no explanation. Guess I won't be placing an order.... Based on other reviews, it appears I dodged a bullet anyways.

I have been trying to call all day to see how ther size run and no one will pick up the phone or it tells you you call can't be answered at this time i will give a better rating on this place once I can get in touch with someone

Cannot figure out how to remove items from cartdfont understand sizes, I am usually medium or large but based on their size cannot even fit into XXL
If you pay attention to the marked size guides and if you don't mind a very long shipping time this app is great! Personally I don't mind the shipping times and will happily continue to shop through this app.

I was told expedited shipping $10.50 and 3 -6 business days that was 2 weeks ago today still nothing, cnt track my order says invalid number and when I contacted them they said expedited shipping would take longer than 2 weeks?? Really cuz that's not what it said when I ordered.
Try to call regarding orders no one answers. Has happened several times. Try to track Order, says it doesn't exist. Very frustrated!

Its horrible! Ordered a dress 2 months ago and STILL haven't gotten it. There is NO working number to talk to anyone about this issue and the "live chat" doesn't work either. It's a SCAM and I'll NEVER order from them again!! Chinese orders=should have known better! Dresslily you SUCK!
