Automatic Call Recorder

What can i say it works flawlessly i installed set up cloud backup and started recording calls. Dont even know its there until i need it and when i do it is there and waiting. Excellant call recording quality and the cloud backup has saved me twice. Banking up is ready and automated and restoring is just as easy. I bought the full version to get some of the options that i wanted but the trial worked great and ads were minimal. BUY IT ITS THE REAL DEAL.

Testing, the application. Does what I need. Using Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016). Best among other apps I have tested. I advise to make sure you created the proper profiles in your contact list/address book. In order for more efficient arching. Update 09/06/2017: It does not work on my LG Stylo 3 (Boost Mobile). I have uninstalled and tried a few times. So for the moment, I can truly recommend this application if you use a Samsung phone.

Not good at all Now i change my rating. It is very good at present. Voice clarity fine. Good apps. my previous review was for my Samsung galaxy core i 8262 model. now i am using Moto g3. and in this set the recorded sound from other side is not audiable in any format. moreover i can not locate recorded file in any location when the set is connected to my laptop. this was not with i 8262 and i could copy all recorded file to my laptop easily. pl look in to the matter and early solution be provided.

From the moment I downloaded the app every time since it has been impeccable! It does all it says and more truly I could say it is one of the best apps ever downloaded! Not one pick up not one not one issue whatsoever I did not realize it was running for days! After review of 3 days of calls it was spot-on as a chef I order 52 time and able to review all of my orders with this app phenomenal!

Update: 06/28/17 Recording works from both side at approximately the same level. I noticed some of you are having problems. I have Note 5 Verizon OS 7.0. My settings are: Voice_Call, MP3, 11 KHz and 3 sec. Still not syncing to Google Drive or that I have found. Update: works on my Note 5 Nougat recording both sides also over BT. I have used this app since Note 3. Never had a problem recording or being able to backup and restore data from old to new phone. I am having a problem with Cloud syncing now using Google Drive. It was syncing fine until mid November and now it doesn't. I will update to 5 stars when fixed.

Currently I am using Samsung 7s edge. While listening to recording, I can hear only my side voice & not the other side. Tried to see if I can raise the issue with your team but could not find any customer support. I have tried all type of sound formats as mentioned in your settings buy it is not helping. Previously I was using Note 2 handset & it was working fine. pls help me out on this bcoz as a premium user, I don't want to uninstall it & try using some app.

I installed this app and had no expectations. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised how well it worked from first day. I love the fact I can edit the settings and manage memory and storage location even though I don't have a rooted phone. App proved useful recently when I got a rude call from a sales rep. of a company. Once I told their manager I had a record of the conversation they issued me a full refund with an apology. Nice!!!! Update: I just got a note 8 . Unfortunately I can only hear my side of the call in recordings. Hopefully they fix this

Was using a paid version of another app similar to this one, even has same name & it just stopped working. THIS Auto. Call Rec. works perfectly on all my calls, whether I use mic or not, & that is a first! Playback is crystal clear & volume levels are perfect. BEST PART: The app chose those hard settings for me, to fit my Note8 & the rest of UI is easy peezy. Love the pop-up to keep or delete, and I've not lost a recording yet with sync! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CALL RECORDING APP BY GLOBAL! WORTH THE COST!

Loved this app till I switched phones. I had upgraded and was SUPPOSE to be able to transfer recordings to new phone, lost all recordings. Now on new phone only records my voice not the callers. I have tried to email company to get a refund and the email address they list in their app, when you try to email it says "invalid receipiant"

It woukd be really nice to get some feedback from the dev team as i see a few of your user are experiencing the same problem as me. I am using samsung 7edge and it only records my voice and not the person i'm speaking with. I am on the premium package. I must confess it worked well on my s5mini, it also worked fine on my s7, until i recently realized this issue when i tried to play back one of my previous conversation. Please advice on how to solve the issue or fix the bug. Thanks

U have switched to s7 edge recently. Previously it was working fine in s6 edge of mine but now the voice of called party is not getting recorded please help asap. Google should take appropriate action against these scan app developers. Downloaded ACR and it works like charm. Losers

The voice recorder is awesome I have been looking for something like this because I forget a lot of things and with this handy app It keeps me reminded of important things. The recordings are crisp and clear. It allows me to send the recordings straight to my emails. This is my very 1st app purchase and it is well worth it. I recommend this app to all, it has so many options and has promising features that will go on forever.

This is by far the best recording app out there. It is simple to use. The menu and setting are easy to understand. The recordings are clear. I use it on a galaxys6 edge and it works great. It's also installed on a moto g4 play and has no problems. I have tried several recording app. This one gives you exactly what it claims. If you have problems remembering conversations, this is the app for you. Call Recording is the best.

Nearly perfect (1) Could not upgrade through the app because when it attempt to verify my Google play account it doesn't allow me to enter my full password. (2) needs the option to automatically announce it is recording an incoming call. Otherwise, I'd give it five stars.

Good day to you, I have been using the trial version of ARC. however since installation I no longer get a beep that informs me of an incoming call, when I am on a call. Hence the app has somehow affected how my call waiting works. The incoming call is shown on the screen, but if I am not looking at the screen at that time then I miss the call. This glitch is some how causing a problem and affecting my decision to purchase the full version. A waiting your response and solution to this issue. Thank you.

I see this application is no more supported by Development Team. None of the reviews are replied by Development Team. I paid for premium services and suddenly after 4 months app stopped working with message ''Calls not possible on this device". Please don't buy this app now. It has no development any more. Play Store should remove such non performing apps it's their duty by default.

EDIT: stopped recording other side of call on my S5 after the marshmallow update. Then I got an S7 and it worked great until the nougat update! History repeats itself - only records my side again. Cannot get the author's attention about this. ---------------------------------------------------------- I love everything about this app! 5 stars! I don't think I've ever said that about anything. :)

Premium version worked perfectly on my S4 for 3 years flawlessly. Swapped in to my Note 4 with 6.0.1 and the other party is hardly heard. Checked almost every setting but no improvement. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as its a shame having to ditch such a powerful software after 3 years of usage.

App used to work great on my previous phones. I even upgraded to the premium version. Once I got the Galaxy S8, I can't hear the other person's voice on the calls. I've tried changing the settings for the audio source as it says, none of them work. I have to use a different app, since this has been an issue for months.

I would love this app if it worked on my phone. Am i doing something wrong? When i listen to a recorded call i cannot hear the person on the line. I have chosen all the different imputs with no success. I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge with andriod 7. My 2 weeks are almost finish and i cannot buy the app until it works. I do not have any other recording app on my phone.

This application is the best I've ever seen but there has been a couple instances where It rendered nothing but static so had to find a substitute. Developer does not seem to have time to communicate with the individual but will post help suggestions for all to read. At the present time it is working superbly. 4-30-16 I started using on galaxy note 4 and worked beautiful then one day just stopped.... I had backup in settings checked but had to uninstall app and reinstall and no backup available to restore

Since long time I was finding a good call recording App. at least I found Automatic Call Recorder. Its recording is the best ever I've recorded. The recording quality is same as you talking and listening on mobile phone. There is no disturbance in sound. I've used at least 10 call recording Apps before and there was always problem like my voice is recording but the other side was very low voice. Now I'm happy with this App. If possible I can give 6 stars to this App. I'm using the app on my Galaxy Note 4. I'll get my not 5 within few days and will install the same App. in it and I hope will get the same results. Thanks to the Automatic Call Recorder to record in such a good quality.

Just can't get the other side of the call to record, incoming or outgoing, landline or mobile even though tried saving in different formats. Of course my Trial Period is over so I can't try anything else now and don't want to Buy Premium if I cannot hear the other party. If this worked for me, this is the app I would choose since you can share call files.

The different options that I have tried are default, mic and voice call. None of them record the other person talking when my phone is connected to my car's bluetooth on my 2011 Ford Taurus SHO. It seems like my voice is the loudest when Mic is enabled. Mic works pretty good. When it works with bluetooth then 5 stars!

Seamlessly integrates into the phone app of your android device so that whenever a call is made or accepted, it automatically begins recording. This automatic feature can be turned off however. The creators of this app are even nice enough to offer a generous free trial. I highly recommend using this app, especially for when you have to call a billing department (just make sure to inform the other party that they are being recorded). It helped me out when Cox wanted to charge me for having someone come check my internet when they promised me there would be no charge so I went ahead and played them the saved recording from when they promised it. They went ahead and honored their promise.

Having trouble hearing the other person on S5 Samsung. It is the Marshmallow software from SAMMY SUNG and not the app. ACR is trying to make something work. The phone manufacturer is why many CELL PHONES ARE HAVING A HARD TIME. Been using the premium version for over 2 years. It's amazing ability to aid in keeping up with important calls, and record them so a documented record is available, has made my life easy. When you are able to go back and prove what was said, those facts become priceless.

I'm updating my previous review. The app no longer works, and the email address for support questions is no longer valid. I bought the premium version of this app, and it worked perfectly for a very long time. It now only records my side of the conservation. I have tried changing all the settings, and deleting then installing the app several times. Nothing. After a factory reset, installing this app first, still nothing. It would be nice if I could get through to the developer.

The best call recording app you will find around. Never had any problems....till a couple of months ago when it didn't record anything for ten days. I needed to check again some instructions given to me earlier and guss what...nothing 's there...in addition to that (May 2016) now I can hear myself but not incoming calls...? It's getting worse...I want an app that works, not me trying to fix it...although paid for it I'm going to uninstall it...

After update to Marshmallow the app stopped recording the other party on a call, now it only records your voice. Tried contacting the developer several times and have never received any response. This app is as good as abandoned at this point. I recommend anyone to take their business elsewhere.

Worked fantastic on my note 1 but got a note 3 and have difficult hearing playback. Hopefully this can be fixed I really loved the app has helped in so many way's in the past. I can't even imagine what it takes to get a app this far. (UPDATE) WORKS GREAT NOW THANK YOU.

This is an exceptional application. It works perfectly, and legally is sound. The fact that it is a free application is astonishing considering how well it works. I have only used it a few times, but they have all been good results. The recordings were crisp and clear, and it is beyond helpful for those who depend heavily on their cell phone to conduct business. The benefits of this application are vast -- I don't even think it is even worth mentioning how many uses this application presents. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this application. As a matter of courtesy, however, it would be ethically sound to alert the person whom you are calling that the conversation is being taped. Aside from that (which is my own personal thing), it is as close to a perfect of an application that I have ever come across, all hyperbole notwithstanding.

This app works phenomenal. It is very easy to use. One only needs to turn it on it does the rest. One advantage is being able to go back and review a conversation ex. Dr. calls. Also, when you are busy and have no paper or are unable to write no worries. You can rest assured, the conversation can be reviewed at a later time. Also, you select what calls you want to save. This allows younot to waste space on unwanted calls. I wish I had known about this app months ago. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Now will only record through the microphone. Therefore the other participant's side of the conversation is barely heard, if at all. Developer is not responsive to requests for help resolving this. Will reluctantly look elsewhere. This was a great product before the incompatibility issue.

I rated this 5 stars once because it worked flawlessly. But now that I REALLY needed a recording for legal purposes... I find that it can only record my side. I've tried fiddling with the mic settings and nothing helps. It records fine when I'm taking directly with the handset, but not worth a darn with bluetooth which I'm on 90% of the time. It used to work fine with the Bluetooth. Please fix.

Its working only if you want to record yourself, but when you are listening to the conversation you cannot hear person you are speaking to. You can har yourself but the other peson is too quiet to hear. Ive tried changing the source and file format eventualy left it with .wav as its not compressed, also increased volume on mike, but still no joy. Its not recording the other person with equal loudness as yourself.
