As usual always late and even when we contact rather u ignore it or the ordor continues to late...actually its conformed by the restaurant and shows the time of arrival is 60 min. But still comes in 120 or more

Thanks To the team for cre ating such a gre at app. I would appreciate if more resturants can be added to the list and the minimum order price could be reduced for most of the reaturants as its way more than what an individual can eat sometimes left with no option. But so far the experience is awesome.

The meal quality depends on the restaurant but as middlemen you guys do a little above average. Its nice that you keep in touch throughout the process, keep it up and it could get better, get more restaurants as well.

It's good when you know what you want. The search function could be improved as there is no deep searching. You can only search for items on display on the current page. Further, pictures of food items are not clear. Again it's bet when you actually know the meal. Restaurant should also get an option to put a brief of the meal description in case of a new customer.

The interface is good. Takes a long time for food to be delivered though. On several occasions the driver received the wrong (old) address which added to the delivery time.

If I have to leave the house and go to an Atm to pay for my delivered food instead of using a card, why should I use an app? There are restaurants much closer than an Atm. Edit - doing better now, 4 stars.

U guys are unprofessional and liars..u cancel orders without informing ppl and u don't even answer the phone.

I love this app and probably have placed 100 orders through them they really have improved since 2 years ago but they need to hook me up with some kind of promotion or voucher for my loyalty ;)

There is less restaurants and the function of locating restaurants in your area is stressing,

After one hour of waiting after ordering the food... the restaurant didn't even prepare the meal... better not to use it

تواصلكم مع المطاعم جدا سيئ وبعض الطلبات اللي طلبتها ماوصلتني بسبب خلل تقني في خدمتهم بلغوني فيها بعد 3 ساعات من انتظار الطلب والموقع يحط السبب ع المطعم والعكس ان شاء الله ما اضطر استخدم التطبيق مرا ثانيه

They are getting better the service is becoming faster with some of the restaurants but I do hope that they add a call center for problems with the deliveries.

A very bad experience. Placed an order and waited for more than 2 hours and didn't receive it and a very poor customer support that can not fo anything to solve the issue.

Service depends on the restaurant you from. Customer support is bad. Do not pay up front because you might not get your order at all

Good service, with lots of choices, and always contacting you to ensure you get what you want. Great way to get food when you have a bad day and just want to chill at home.

3 orders , 3 different restaurants and all failed , not only that never received the call from Hellofood ...shows why the whole thing is failing.

A pretty good app but alot of restaurants are only good for huge orders and not for 1-3 people, and the Al Baik delivery charge is just ridiculous!

Why do you hide negative comments on restaurants? Don't you think people ought to know some bad comments about them too? Like i had food poisoning because of one of the restaurants, i sent a review about them but never saw it on their page

Terrible app, each time I order I have to wait at least 2 hours either its a delay or missing items or wrong order plus a terrible customer service they tell you everything will be okay while they actually do nothing!!

The driver keeps asking the address like over and over and seems he didnt want to send the food to my exact location. And he asked me to find him in the street. And the food isnt delivered.

The worst customer service ever. My order took 2 hours and was never delivered. Customer support told me to wait more...it was already 11.30pm

Unsatisfactory service . I cancelled my order due to too much delay in the delivery. Waited for 2 long hours and still no sign of delivery . Pathetic , atrocious service.

Worst app ever. Not reliable. Fake promises. Put me in a very bad situation with my guests. Deleting it and DON'T RELY ON IT EVER.

It's the worst app I recently made an order from KFC and it gave me the confirmation invoice for SR 79 but when the driver arrived he gave me an invoice of SR 84 and this problem raised due to not updating the prices of the meals on the app and I had to go all the way to KFC to clarify this issue...So it's a total waste of time I do not recommend to download this app which contains Un-updated prices and wastes your time.....

I ordered 7 pm I got the delivery by 10 pm, really discustteng app. I am totally not happy with the service.

This app really helps when I have to be in the office on weekends. Wish they had more vendors that provide healthy foods but their service is pretty good so far.

Very poor service. Restaurants on the list do not deliver even in 3 hours. Completely useless.

It took me ages to checkout and it wouldn't send a message on my phone so I could complete the order. Tried with 2 different phones and even downloaded it in another phone. Kept saying your order is not accepted. Completely sucks! Wasted an hour trying to order

The food was never delivered. Hello food's customer service can only chat with you which adds to the frustration. No calls. They lied twice about contacting the restaurant and promised that the food would be delivered within 10 mnts. I had to call the restaurant myself to find out that the order hasn't even reached them. You are better off ordering directly from restaurants or using a different app.

I just cancled my order which I placed from this app! After placing the order from Hellofood that give you time 1 hour or 55 mins for delivery, and I cancled my order after 1 hour 25 mins.. my order didnt reach on time. This happened 3rd time in a row! After this long waiting of time food cant be fresh! Pathatic service. Wasted my time in ordering and waiting for it! It would be better if I go by myself and enjoy my fresh food!!

Its been years since i downloaded the app and deleted it coz i hated it but now im more than pleased. The app is great and ranks very high in my opinion compared to other apps. Keep the good work!

As title says customer service is almost inexistant n they NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER did i mention NEVER EVER? answer the phone nor read msgs on order for extra items not available on the online menu cuz menu items not all entered online

Totally unprofessional in dealing with customers and serving them in a right manner.. I only downloaded the app for the sake of Al Baik.I made an order and apparently they take 20 sr fee on delievery regardless what ur order is,10min a guy calls me from hellofood asking me about the exact location and I gave it to him..
