foodpanda - Food Delivery

foodpanda is really a great app while ordering food; amazing discounts, good rates, everything. But where they lag and why I refrain from using it is 'loading time' is a bit more compared to others and some restaurants are missing. I think if you guys can make the app more smooth and add restaurants which is the focus, it's gonna be awesome.

Worst services ever. I ordered food for which payment was done but order was not confirmed, when I told them to cancel the order, they confirmed it and proceeded. Later after two hours,I was told to collect the food by food Panda but the delivery guy was not even available. No coordination between their promises and actions. Please don't get lured by their offers. Need to improve customer care by leaps. The end of the day, customer is left hungry, food is not delivered and money is also taken. Great! Please opt for better apps having better customer care services.

I already gave 5 star rating earlier. But why would you keep on asking me every damn time I open the freakin app. Twice today I wanted to order and just coz it asked me to review I closed it. If you are reading this guys please remove the option. Yes I love this app, I hav recommend it to so many of my friends. But all of them complain about being asked to review the app every time you open it. Please correct this. Thank you

Worst application for food delivery. Not even a single time it has happened that we have received the same order whenever I or my friends have ordered food from Foodpanda. 8 out of 10 times we order food at night the restaurants are shown open and we recieve call after a wait for an hour saying the restuarant is closed and we have to adjust with whatever is offered by the customer service instead of what we want.

Present post : Show ur desperation else where, sending 10 advertising msgs in a day would not make a difference. U r being annoying Disappointing service, working on pure luck have no professionalism waht so ever. Just call in the restaurant and order , foodpanda is good fot nothing. Pack ur bags if u continue to perform like this.

I am a regular of foodpanda and today i spoke to Mr Prabhas kumar Singh. 2 of my orders were not delivered to me after being confirmed by the restaurants. And all the executive could offer was i will deliver the order tomorrow or give you a minimalistic voucher. It's sad from foodpanda.

Worst customer service. There's always problems with the order after you have paid for it. Promises compensation of vouchers to be sent by email, it never comes. Tried to complain about weird things being on my food but the chat does not respond or is sent over the world. Worst service application. I dislike food panda. Trust me it's better to rely on alternatives than to use this

Worst experience, they now taken off the customer support lines since they weren't able to handle the queries by customers. Only u have chat options where the history will be deleted if u switched the screen. So annoying dont ask. I personally recommend people to go for others apps. Foodpanda is declining.. Looking forward for any reply from team.

Total waste.. it is very sad that it can be so difficult to order food. The only screen that it shows is one that asks us to give our recommendations. What is the use of that? It is annoying that we can't even find restaurants nearby and also there are so many formalities that you will die of hunger while trying to find how to order.. do not download and waste your time and data.. very useless app

The menu is bugged. The customer support is useless and disconnects your chat request the moment you go offline for a few seconds Furthermore they asked me to contact them tomorrow when asked them to correct the order or give me refund. Please improve your service to stand out in the competition guys. Highly dissapointed

I like the way they handle the customer care. the people are nice. certainly I hv faced problems with food and delay in delivery but it was mostly faults of the restaurantss. hence it would be better if the apps could make the restaurants compensate for the inconveniences faced for them. also should have daily deals where we are awarded for our support ;)

My first and last. Terribly bad. They have tie up with some third class restaurant. You order and wait for an hour or more in hungry and they will give a cool reason for not delivering your food and finally no way and you need to cancel it. Please order COD at least you will not loose your money.

I was not well and delivery guy forced me to pick delivery. I was not feeling weel, so I ordered food from foodpanda and the guy from foodpanda who came for delivery forced me to pick the delivery from the downstairs even after telling him about I am not well. This is the worst service from foodpanda. I never expected that it would go that bad. Dear foodpanda give me a reason to order food next time from you. Thanks for worst service.

Worst ever service. I have ordered food. They delivered spoiled food. I have contacted them and asked to send back delivery boy to my home to verify food. They keep on saying that we spoke with restaurant person and he is saying that is quality food. After further discussion they just disconnected my chat session. Swiggy is far far far far better than this foodpanda

Bunch of bullshit people. There is no way to call them and in live chat will always show 50 people in queue. What the hell are you people doing. If a person orders food, he expects to get it delivered within in an hour at max. There is no one to reach out to. If you people can't provide a good customer service shut the hell of your services.

I wish i could rate it less than 1 star. Foodpanda has been really disappointing from some time. Most of the time when I order food the restaurant is shown open and after 30 minutes or some times 1 hour I get call from customer care that restaurant is closed. Once we ordered for matka kulfi along with food and the dessert was never delivered even though its been 2 weeks now and neither have I got any sort of redressal for the same.

The most annoying thing is they always show minimum 400 more to order. I want to have one food item that costs less than 200 but they won't allow me to do so. Goddammit I don't want to order anything around 500. Poor

I have had two bad experiences with this app in a row. Once, the restaurant charged me more than what the app showed. I tried to contact their customer service through the "live chat" feature on their app and there was no follow through or greivance redressal whatsoever. I have not had such a bad experience with other apps at all. Booo.

Worst service. 1st time order from Food panda and 1st of all it shows time for 84 mins. when I got restaurant details i. e. Ovenstory pizza gurgaon and made a call to check my order status and they told me that still they didn't receive my order. What bullshit. I advise not to use Foodpanda services.

Foodpanda customer support is very bad. They ask you for 3-4 minutes and will take at least 40 minutes. I palced an order from royal treat,koramangala restaurant which never got delivered. No response/action from foodpanda on this. Removing this app and will not use it ever again

Useless if it's been raining anywhere in the country for any period of time ... Even 5 minutes. The standard disclaimer comes up about adverse weather etc... Even if the skies are bright blue. You would think a country like SG would realise it rains by bls

40% discount for first time order was only 30% and price shown was excluding taxes which appears only at time of payment. Also if they had a picture of the dish, it helps to decide faster. Update on 28-may: I did not get the option of delivery and pickup and by default somewhere pickup got selected:(

Really bad service... they take so much time to deliver .. and also the delivery is not correct... Instead of my main course chicken Hyderabadi they sent me biryani with the fried rice I ordered.. anyone would think why would I order two rice dishes .. c'mon.. and after one more hour they brought the exchanged chicken Hyderabadi which didn't even look like ch.hyderabadi.. and thus.. I was provided with my complete order almost 2hours later.. you'll die of hunger.. don't order for instant service as you'll be starved

Worst food ordering app. Literally worst. Never order. They ruined my dinner by sending saltless food. They just any restaurant without checking their food taste and quality. There is a reason swiggy is better success than you. Then if try to complaint it falls in deaf ears.

No option to cancel order immediately, even if the order was placed by mistake. This should be added to the app as it is a necessity. Hate this app. Sends messages every day but when you try to use their codes they never work. Would not recommend.

Food was cold as if it was delivered from north pole and foodpanda apologised for the inconvenience, thats all they can do to help you. I lost my count of their "sorrys"..but must have atleast been 15. Kindly shut down your business please.

For God sake please work on the app. Wen I made up my cart, suddenly I get a msg and I go to reply on a chat app, and I come back to food panda app, bam my cart is gone, holy crap, all the 20 mins of searching and stuff. I'm like what the heeeeeeeeeell. Ask the technical team to check the intent flag wen calling the cart activity. I'm sure if the intent flag being the reason. Yo good luck, app sucks

They promise to deliver in 40-45 minutes, but take 2 hours to deliver food. One delivery boy is given 3-4 orders of different directions. You die of hunger when your food arrives. Also, even after paying full, you receive cold food. Horrible service.

Unreliable service. Their delivery is often late, so you can't trust them. They do not have a customer support number, interesting part is the chat option does not work I their website and you are forced to download this useless app.

They don't even give training to there delivery guys. The delivery guys will call 10 times before delivery. What is the use of providing complete address with landmark when the delivery guy used to call no of times to deliver. Swiggy is much better than this. Foodpanda's delivery is just irritating

Worst food delivery service. Even if restaurant is near by, it delivers after an hour. My last experience was pathetic, I received food after 2.5 hours. I have tried to contact foodpanda through chat,worse feature in terms of response , but it kept showing 'we are investigating' for an hour.

Pathetic customer service. Had ordered food and was waiting for more than 1hr 30 mins still food didn't arrive. Later I had to go and collect the food from the outlet as I had done online payment. Customer service desk didn't resolve my problem.

Drastic improvement!! Horrendous experiences before made us stop ordering from Food Panda. Really glad that Food Panda has listened to their customer complaints and made changes to ensure that food arrives on time (early sometimes), riders are available to do deliveries and their restaurant options have increased. Good job guys!

I've been using the app some time now successfully so imagine my surprise when I wanted to order last night and the app isn't working! I keep getting an error saying "nextgen_notfoundexception".. The menu's and restaurants are not loading. I have the newest version - what happened?

This app needs alot of work. Every order is a bit and miss. Very often your order is messed up or missing key components. Not control on that part what so ever. And meals are expensive. Delivery is pretty good . And very often your are not sent fresh food. The ratings system for the restaurants seem to count for nothing.

I have waited around 2 hours and they have cancelled it at 10.40pm..!! I mean it's very disgusting.. If they don't gonna deliver it then they have to inform me earlier.. And now I have to sleep hungry. Thank you so much for your service..

FP40 code is total waste offer it says flat40 % off and it does not provide forty percent off even though I'm using it for first time. Not only that i was getting some annoying messages for food panda about 40 percent off coupon.

Just had my meal delivered today. It was fast, reliable and easy to use. Keep up the good work guys! Hope it could also have earning points you can use everytime you use the app and some discounts you can avail. Also more options to choose.

The worst delivery app ever. I ordered at a particular franchised restaurant, I checked out verifying my address. Later the restaurant calls up after an hour I have placed the order stating they can't deliver the order and would transfer the order to nearby restaurant to my place which will take another an hour to deliver. Well this is total mismanagement of FoodPanda. And the app crashes a lot.

It's a hoax.. I bought 40% off coupon in paytm for food panda. They asked me to use my Paytm wallet to avail the offer. I DIDNT GET ANY DISCOUNT. I CAN POST SCREENSHOTS IF YOU WANT ME TO. PLEASE DONT FOOL US LIKE THIS
