The 7 Minutes Workout Gym is a workout program that has become an international hit! It is very simple but extremely effective. If you want to lose weight and strengthen your muscles but don't have an hour for a daily workout you might just need 7MinGym!
The workout consists of 12 scientifically selected exercises each done for 30 seconds with a 10 seconds break in between.
Exercises are Jumping jacks, Wall sit, Push-up, Abdominal crunch, Step-up onto chair , Squat , Triceps dip on chair, Plank , High knees/running in place , Lunge, Push-up and rotation, Side plank.
Few additional equipment are needed : a chair and a wall.
This is a high intensity circuit training workout which can be done at home, office, or a hotel room.
Easy and simple UI.
Compatible with your Chromecast and AndroidTV devices, it now also supports Google Fit.
Play music from Deezer or Spotify on your mobile phone or on your Chromecast device.
ON YOUR CHROMECAST
- by clicking the Chromecast icon on the top bar, you can connect to your Chromecast device
- select your session on your phone
- START your session
The Chromecast can also PLAY your selected MUSIC.
WITH YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC
You can choose your own music.
- You can login to Deezer or Spotify services and then perform your workout with your own Playlist or Album.
- NO need to be a Deezer or Spotify premium user
- Music will play on your phone or on the Chromecast device if you are connected.
- IMPORTANT : you need a network connection to use Deezer or Spotify.
GOOGLE FIT
You can keep track of your efforts with Google Fit
- On the left panel, click the "Google Fit" entry.
SAVE
You can create and save your own sessions.
- create a new session, it is automatically saved on your phone
- if you registered with email/password or with Facebook, your sessions are saved on the cloud so you can retrieve them on any phones ( just press "Reload" to download your sessions from the cloud ).
NO MORE EXCUSES and good luck !

Being from Wisconsin, winter months can be hard. I love outdoor fitness activities. Did this 7 minute routine twice in one go and it's intense! I'd give it 5 stars if it integrated Google Play Music. Right now, I just connect my phone through blu tooth to my soundbar for music, while the workout routine plays through the Chromecast. I need a shower! ^_^

I like the app and use it quite frequently, but there is a bug where the music stops playback during each exercise after 20s. Additionally there is one feature that is sorely lacking. The ability to order exercises in a workout. Add this and it gets another star.

Would like to customize a session but can't figure out how to change the order of the exercises. It just seems to take the order I tap on them and reverse them for the workout.

I really like this app and the Chromecast integration. However I still can't sign in with Google+. I would also like to see pull-ups added seeing as how it's a calisthenic exercise.

Excellent idea and concept, simple to use but it needs more features Things like: Randomize workouts Rename exercise Editing sessions needs lots more work, e.g. adding and removing workouts The option for a beep or buzzer instead of voice Changing rest and workout times

The 3 2 1 and instruction readout with the new update is very very annoying, it keeps going 2 1 3 2 1 3 2 1 DURING the excercise. And it says prepare during the exercise as well. Please fix this thank you

Unless I have missed something, this lacks voice announcements? I prefer to workout with the screen off, so would appreciate an announcement - using TTS - of what the next session is ("wall sit," "lunge" etc.); a five-second countdown until it starts; an announcement when you're halfway through it; a five-second countdown until completion; then repeat again. Also, no Google+ sign-in? This'll become a five-star app if both these become available.

Intense set of short exercises, with good audio tracks to help keep you on the pace. Brilliant that it works on all devices - I use it on my Android TV most of all in the Living Room, but the fact that I can Cast it means I can use it in other rooms if I need to, or do it whilst I'm out and about using my phone or tablet.
