Great Cycle Challenge

We've successfully used this app for 3 years, however for some reason this year the distance will not record if the app is minimised. UPDATE. Using my S7 it doesn't work as GPS signal gets lost / interrupted. Using an older S5 works well and I now know it's the phone not the app.

I am very sad this app is awful. I can never log in, it doesn't keep the information I have submitted. I am constantly having to change, request a new pass code. For something so important it's really disappointing.

I'm not able to log on. I've changed the password several times and nothing. I need this app to work for my rides

I could not add a picture and could sync with Map my fitness. Fix this app and make it useful rather than useless.

For some reason this app will npt allow me to use my gps to track my rides. It has full permission to do this, yet it wont work. I have to use strava to track my rides and sync it with the app.

So this app is supposed to be for the challenge yet my dashboard says I haven't tracked a single ride?! It's been a year and still no sync option? I've been riding since the first of June. Where are my stats? Oh, in mapmyride app you tell us to download!

It only shows my personal page, not my team page. I'd like to see both. The graphics are also a bit jumbled.

It doesn't work. I keep signing in, and it keeps going back to the sign in screen, even though it accepted my login.

Can't sync my rides with strava. Worked for a week then stopped

I ride a lot especially around my town. I start off fine then go to look at my distance and it ask me to log in. I've lost countless miles in my challenge. You must FIX THIS NOW.

I really enjoy the cycling app it serves its purpose.

Doesn't track rides with GPS, doesn't show miles ridden on my dashboard despite my adding them (manually), and it won't show the photo I uploaded.... All in all, this app is basically useless.

I would be happier except the app keeps logging me out and isn't logging in via Facebook without having to try 4 times.

App doesn't work!

I'm undertaking the GCC again this year and i use the app to log my km for the month using the link to Strava. I was having trouble with the App linking to Strava but that seems to have sorted itself out. So back up to 5 stars.

Wouldn't let me start a ride. Wouldn't recognise gps so i had to install Strava instead.

No longer connects to GPS. Tried on S7 Edge as well as J1 Mini. Same problem

I had a 297.3 bike ride last June 4 and up to now my total ride is still the same. I know i can manually put it in but still it doesn't feel right since all of my previous rides were sync in strava with this big ride not taken credit. Also when adding a ride manually i put in June 4 as the date of my ride when saving it and wanted to view my ride again it always says June 3 so what's going on?

. The app is not working properly,sometimes the app stop working and every time I missing miles,I ride the same distance with my wife but we always have different miles in the app.....

Is anyone else having this issue?

No offense as to what the goal of this app is, but the app wont log my miles itself, and to get it to recognise what strava logs, nearly takes an act of congress.

Unfortunately the system did not connect to my Strava account and record my 25 mile ride this morning.

Works great for telling you stats and what not but I really don't suggest using the app for recording rides

Cannot delete a ride. First ride randomly stopped after only 5 miles, when I went to add the remainder manually, it added 97miles accidentally and now I can't delete it. Also...no profile pic add-ability?

I guess I should have tried out the application first before running it on June 1st - the first day of the cycle challenge. The mileage stopped recording after .43 miles, even though the clock kept climbing. I noticed this first after the initial three miles. I "paused" the ride, double checked that my satellite was still receiving a strong signal, checked to make sure other map apps were ok, and then "restarted" the ride. After the next 4 miles, it still said .43 miles, and the time kept climbing. HTC Desire 510 running Android version 4.4.2, HTC Sense version 6.0. I'll try it again tomorrow, and if it doesn't work, I'll just switch over to mapmyride (my usual app) and manual input miles ridden. Just disappointed is all.
