But a shame that you can't see comments any more, why did that happen?

No one is free, from the hacking, not even your own cell phone. What was it that I heard about over the tv.Oh, yeah, hackers can now, hack into the car's electronic controls. If they can do that, then cellphones are nothing, but a ' cakewalk,' to'm. Nothing is sacred to the " black" hat hackers can penetrate anything. What's that old saying, 'where there's a will, then there's a way. Even your own tv set, the Russians took that honor, ironically, the night before the byline across the bottom of a news.

Used to be my favourite HN reader but just stopped snowing comments :-(

The app is great but it has a small bug which is a feature for me :) So in case a post has lot of comments, they are not displayed. This is a feature for me because I save time not reading them :)

But I wish I could login to vote and comment on posts

Doesn't work anymore and usually crashes.

I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but I can't seem to see the text description of the ask HN posts. The screen only shows the title and the comments. Apart from this, no complaints

Runs nic on Nexus 7 tablet.

I think it could use a few little tweaks but I feel no need to try any other HN apps at all. Very happy.

Doesn't save my place. Loads everything in the foreground.

Would love an option to login and comment though.

Nice design but it loads synchronously and blocks forever.

A good app, I use it heavily on a daily base, however recently I have 'unable to retrieve data' issue, don't know how to deal with it...

Y70%

Readability integration would be the best.

Great app. Very easy to use. My only complaint is that the font size for titles could be smaller. The last part of the titles are not seen on smaller displays like samsung galaxy y.

Up until I found this app, I always used Mr. Trager's HN Reader. But over time, I've gotten fed up with service being down, comments that were oddly formatted, and subtle UI bugs. This program fixes almost all of that. The UI is nice to use and pleasing to the eye, important (to me) information like the number of comments and points is visible, and even small details like zebra-striping comments all work. I'm very pleased.

The only complaint I have, which may not be present on all phones, is that + symbols are not showing off. Kind of annoying when reading stuff about C++.

N70%

Best of the bunch by a large margin.

Y70%

The message pops up constantly and nothing loads. Don't waste your time with this app.

Quite good, but please add Readability support.

Was great but stopped retrieving stories lately.

Now it won't load anything. For days now. Uninstalling.

T70%
by T####:

This apps core differentiator seems to be its offline capabilities which aren't useful for me. Other HN apps offer in-app browsing of result links rather than just linking out to default browser.

T70%
by T####:

Used to be nice, now it's been just broken for days.

T70%
by T####:

Its not working at all, moved to another app :(

T70%
by T####:

Minor bug: plus characters (+) are shown as a space. Baffles me that scroll isn't smooth on a modern 4.4 device.

Y70%
by Y####:

URLs in comments are truncated just like where they point to. Scrolling hesitates first time you scroll.

T70%
by T####:

Just a ui touch up would be great. :)

Unsatisfying behaviour sometimes doesn't load for days

T70%

The only thing missing is the ability to select larger font, default looks tiny on the Galaxy Nexus. Also would love the ability to sync offline, like Google Currents.
