Recording Studio is a multitouch sequencer for Android devices.
Designed for quick and simple operation, Recording Studio makes recording, editing and mixing a breeze.
Recording Studio is the perfect way to create great sounding music productions.
With this free version you can record up to 2 tracks (24 tracks with the Pro version) by choosing between audio recordings or by using the virtual instrument 'Grand Piano' (in the Pro vesion there are 8 other virtual instruments: drums, classical guitar, rock organ, pipe organ, bass, strings, harpsichord, electric guitar).
The virtual instrument tracks can be recorded using the multitouch keyboards optimized for high performance and responsive touch.
The audio tracks can be recorded using the built-in microphone or by connecting an external microphone.
After recording your tracks, you may want to edit them in the integrated sample editor (copy/paste, split, loop, fader, reverb).
Now you can import mp3 and wav audio files from your hard drive.
Recording studio is constantly being updated and continually improved with new features.

The app started but the ads are so close to controls that it is impossible to avoid selecting the ad. Found it very difficult to operate software. Poor layout of controls. Screen shots do not show app placement.

I've not checked yet and all the apps I been looking to make your own music actually makes there own beat and not u " creating " it will u record your singing and,its also a pain cause its always pop rock or whatever

Crashes if phone goes to sleep and there's a bit of feedback during playback but it doesn't completely ruin it. Nice to record a little demo to see if separate tracks go together (I'm just playing a guitar using the external microphone). Could be confusing to some beginners that haven't used a multi track program on a pc but still pretty easy to figure out. I'm a bit on the fence about the "pro" version. Gonna spend some more time with it but it seems promising. Best app of this type I've found thus far.

I was completely gobsmacked at how utterly, eyewateringly rubbish and unusable this is. Seems to be the case for all android music apps I have tried so far. I love android otherwise, but the standard of audio apps is so poor, they don't belong in this century. Why?
