Eine wichtige Neuregelung der LMIV tritt im Dezember 2014 in Kraft. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt müssen Lebensmittelhersteller, Händler und Akteure aus den Bereichen HoReCa und Bake-off ihren Kunden bereits vor dem Erwerb der Ware die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Nährwerttabellen und Zutatenlisten zur Verfügung stellen.
Die EDNA International GmbH stellt ihren Kunden diese Zutatenlisten und Nährwerttabellen bereits jetzt im geforderten Umfang zur Verfügung und erfüllt damit schon heute die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der LMIV.
