Keeps erroring out

We were very happy with our trip until the end. We got a call that our dogs chewed part of the wall and would be charged for the damage. Our dogs are old and haven't chewed anything in years. Besides that, they were crated any time we were out of the house. It was impossible for it to have happened. They say they check after each party leaves, but there's no way the damage was our dogs. The woman charged the credit card without asking and charged the wrong person's card (who didn't have a dog).
