Loved 55 Running Oak Circle in Watercolor. The five bedroom, five bathroom house is awesome and the furnishings are very nice. The only thing I would definitely and seriously suggest would be hooks or bars for towels & washcloths in the bathrooms as there is no place to hang them to dry. Otherwise this house is great. It's perfect for four couples or couples with children as the bunk room is exactly what kids want. Oh, and the saltwater pool and hottub are super for relaxing and enjoying the sky during the day and the sky at night .... oh yeah!

The house is lovely and in a great location but it is in need of repairs. The electric hot water heater shuts off with even 1 load of laundry resulting in cold showers. 360 Blue was responsive but dispatching repair 3 times in a week was too much. Also the ice maker doesn't work and the pocket door from the bunk room to the adjoining bathroom is broken. With needed repairs this would be a great rental!

Wonderful place awesome location! The only negative is that the dust was much for the price of cleaning as seen on first day...The rugs were the cause I am sure and some needed cleaning. Otherwise beautiful place for our party of 13.

We loved this beach front home, It was amazing the home was decorated to our taste. Plenty of room for accommodation. Was not completely satisfied with 360 staff a lot of confusion and not following thru from start to finish But would rent house again 10 stars on house 3 on management
