We stayed in unit 119 (lower level) with complete view of the Ocean. We got to see the largest swells since 1998. Also we got to see many whales in the distance. The unit is very clean and very comfortable for my husband and me. I would say the only downside of the unit could be the patio furniture. It definitely needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this unit to everyone.

Our two weeks at Alii Kai was just awesome. The unit had a spectacular view and we could watch both sunrise and sunset from our Lanai.the unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed, including beach chairs and snorkeling equiptment. Highly recommend!

Had the time of my life. I thought Oceanside mean't on the ocean, not a city on its own. So glad I landed here. The place was awesome, as pretty as your pictures which is rare.Thanks for a great, comfortable time. Came here from Colorado my first time for my 50 th birthday. Thanks Beach front rentals! Oh if you stay here and want delivery, the Mandarin is great, also check out Bettys good food!

Our stay at 396 Neptune Ave was by far one of the best vacations we've ever had. The place was perfect for our large family. This place is gorgeous and so spacious and nicely decorated. Very well maintained and clean. We had everything we needed, this place is spectacular and the views are beautiful. We definitely would love to come back again.
