Another State allows you to choose from a combination of meditation scripts, inductions, awakenings, beautiful meditation music tracks and special effects.
To those you can also add isochronic tones or Binaural beats that allow you to control your brainwave frequency for easily attaining your desired meditation levels. You can choose from 10 different 'clicks' for the Isochronic tones or select Binaural beats and choose the 'base' frequency from 40-200Hz. And of course with both you can select from a range of brainwave frequencies - 1-40Hz - From Delta all the way to Gamma.

Great news! Added Binaural Beats option with selectable sine wave base frequency (40-200Hz), and it's now possible to select from 10 different types of 'clicks' in the Isochronic section.
Binaural beats are a system where two sine waves are played in the left and right ear, with a frequency difference of X Hrz between them - that creates a 'third wave' which is called binaural beat - which runs in X Hrz and helps the brainwave to 'sync' to that frequency. Try it and decide if its good for you!

After struggling with getting to sleep due to illness, I finally downloaded this and tried it. I fell asleep with my ear buds still in my ears.

First of all it crashes on my first time using it (better now than after chance to refund) in my Note 4. 2nd I can't believe there are ads (2 ads at a time show up) on a paid version, so I am refunding it. There is an X to remove ads but more keep popping up. Too bad I love the idea amd was looking forward to using app.

The few times it hasn't stopped and closed on me I really enjoyed it. I decided to buy it in hopes that I wouldn't have the same issue but immediately it happened again. So frustrated and I guess I will have to get a refund.

User friendly application, with varied meditation sessions. Can do it even with your kids. I love it!

The meditation scripts are absolutely great.. I love the 7 pools and trip to Sheirch especially. The Isochronic and Binaural beats really help (I prefer the isochronic) and the background music and effects are very professional. Highly recommended! Well worth the extremely cheap price.
