Call Blocker and Text Blocker

This was the only app out of the four I tried that let me set up a whitelist using the wildcards I needed (only calls from eight digit numbers OR my specific country code followed by eight digits are allowed through). The fact that it can be set up to run entirely in the background and just handle everything for you silently is also a big plus. Flexible, easy to use and light on resources - thanks guys!

The only call blocking app that is CONSISTENT in blocking calls not in my Whitelist. The app has a nice and simple design. It has the "ONLY WHAT-YOU-NEED-FEATURES". The developers has the USERS in mind when they designed the app. They managed to make the interface USER-FRIENDLY that's why I love opening the app from time to time even though I don't have to because it's a ONE-TIME SETUP kind of app. I'm grateful to the developers. IT'S FREE!!! My only request is that SMS Blocking would work on Android 6.0.1.

Many apps provide acceptable black/white/address book filtering of blocked, non-address book, no ID, fake calls & texts. Most have too many useless bells & whistles. This is one of the few that I've found providing a SIMPLE yet comprehensive black list, white list and address book filtering with wild card character (#) representing groups of numbers. Ex: Block or allow all 845-###-####. 5 stars if you provide in-app help .

Firstly I know how to use this app. That's not the problem, the problem is is I've spent 2+ hours on this n it doesn't work. I wanted only texts n calls from my contacts but it doesn't work... You still get calls from random numbers So I have to know who iwanna block. Even then it still doesn't block texts... You'll get them either way but now the app has a copy too? Useless

This app is really easy and functional in its usage. It automatically blocks or rejects calls and text messages when the number is being added to the blacklist on the phone. You can easily select numbers from recent call list, phonebook and also past call lists which you wish to lock.

Of all the ones I have tried, this one works best. Documentation could be better. For example, it is not clear if whitelist is active (I assume yes) for other modes (contacts only, for example). Being able to wildcard both blacklist and whitelist is great. I use this to allow all calls from my office and contacts and nothing else.

I added numbers to be blocked and still received text messages from this annoying person. It's not cause I don't understand how to use it. It has simple instructions, which I followed. I added ppl to block on blacklist. Then it shows me, it blocked a message from that person I blocked, in grey area, and still see & receive the text mesage on both ends, my phone and the app

This app does not work at all. It did not black a single call or message. Not only does it still show up in your message box but also in the call blocked message area and blocked call areas. So you still see the blocked message or number. It is very annoying app and I am gonna find another one.

I put 1 contact in the black list & blocked txt as well with out notification call's & txt both still got threw. I would rate less than 1 star if i could,totaly disapointing.

This app will block some calls. It seems like if the person calls twice in a row, only the first one is blocked. It hardly ever blocks text messages and even when it says it blocked them, it doesn't. Wish it worked better, has potential.

You will get rid of all the annoying people you don't want to talk or receive texts from. FINALLY AN APP THAT GIVES YOU BACK CONTROL OF WHO CALLS YOU.

Easy to use and setup, has Both Black or Whitelist. Does NOT allow "Group" pick listed numbers, but does allow "long" press to add each number quickly....Additional comments..NO STARS BEWARE...After using for 2 weeks and turned Off..it would Not stop Blocking...Did Uninstall...and Verizon tech could not fix...on way to store to do a FULL reset...Galaxy s4...

Seems to work just fine...easy to set up and user friendly. But even though I ticked don't show notification of blocked calls today it was all over my phone, don't know how? I just fixed the setting again.

Had this set to allow calls only from my contacts. It did not work at all. An unknown call which was not stored in my address book came through even though the app said it blocked the call. Immediately uninstalled.

This app will block spammers before you even get a chance to put them on the list. The only bad thing is you'll have to check your block/blacklist to make sure it wasn't a number you need to contact.

I love it! It blocks text messages as well as the calls I have chosen to block. Better than other call block apps I have tried. I highly recommend it. It does block text messages. They don't go to my inbox. But it let's me know if I received a text from a blocked number, and I'm ok with that

Thanks very much for this app. Could you please add the SEARCH OPTION. It will be so useful when somebody wants to add contacts to whitelist from phone contacts. It is so hard to scroll all the contacts list before adding the needed contact. I look forward to getting that option after next update. Kind regards. Frank AZE.

It allows people I have blocked to leave me a voice mail even though it's set on hang up. It also allows blocked people to send me text even though they are on the blacklist. This app is worthless

I have it all set up who I want blocked. It "blocks them" but sends me what was said still and I can still respond. If you're blocked it's because you have my number yes, but to me you don't exist. So why would I block someone and still see everything that's being texted to me? I don't want to, that's the problem. Calls are the same way. They still pop up on the screen and I can see who it is and can respond. I shouldn't even know they're trying to get a hold of me unless Me, MYSELF, OR I LOOK! Not the case

First app that really blocks anything outside my contacts list! AWESOME. No more robo calls and people trying to fix my credit score. They are not even noticed until I look at the blocker call log. Did I say it was awesome?

Since updating my phone to KitKat it's stored blocking span texts. Prior to this is was awesome setting it to allow contacts only, nothing got through except my contacts (obviously!) Hope this gets a bug fix soon.

The Blocked calls are not being blocked. Need to fix.still coming threw my regular call log and also why this app keeps deleting it self.keep saying this app is not safe.can someone help with this

LG G4 came with the block feature, along with a hardware flaw that resulted in bootloop. Samsung didn't offer this feature and I missed it. This app works just as well though. The phone never rings disrupting when streaming music.

This junk doesn't work. It sends a notification saying something was blocked, and it let's the call and message come through anyway! This is garbage. Don't install.

Doesn't actually block calls/texts. I downloaded this app so my ex husbands gf couldn't send me anymore pics of her amazing self. (Disturbing) but I still receive them!

Totally did not do the thing it said it would. But gave me an alert saying it did.

Love the idea. But the text messages keep blasting through even though the text stop feature is checked. Won't even when I've tried checking block-all! I have an LG-G2. Any suggestion?

The point of me installing this app was to block the unwanted calls and texts not for them to still be able to come through to my phone. Otherwise what exactly is the point of this app?

I love this app that lets me block who are want to block and even from text. You can block all or you can block anybody else who is not in your contacts or you can even put the number that you want to block on your list and is really easy thanks for this app don't have to change my number LOL

This is one if not the best blocker. I set to block people not on my contact list. Someone called lt was blocked instantly.

This is 3rd app I've tried & believe it was simple enough to set up. It worked for the most part the first few days, but this morning I wrote to texts from a number I've been blocking- I checked mode, option to add texts & even added number again from the recent list. Is there something else I'm not doing? P.S. I don't have any other blocker installed.

It's a good App. It's not a filter. It blocks any call put in the Black List! No Ads! And a nice interface. The only thing I would like this App to do is not allow block calls leave messages in my voice mail. That's not working. Please fix this and you'll have five stars from all your Users. Thanks!

The app runs all the time and lets you know it. Ugh! Not interested in a constant reminder that it's doing its job.

I have no other blocking apps installed but this one still does NOT work... I still have texts and calls from the only number I have blocked coming through.

My text messages show up in blocked section but then also show up in regular texts, so they are coming thru, like regular texts, even though the number is blocked from phone and text.

This app continuously puts my phone on vibrate after a call and sometimes after a text message. Then when it rings again i miss a call bc it doesn't ring.

Easy to use, It will be more appreciated if search button can be inclusive to search a particular name for blacklisting, rather than scrolling the whole contact list.

Still allowing texts from blocked numbers to get through. Not only do they come through in this app, complete with a notification, but they also go to my text inbox. I really didn't want to see anything from the numbers I blocked, not even a notification saying they sent a text. How can this be fixed? On the other hand, the call blocker is working just fine so far.

What does the list recent incoming calls mean? A blocked private number showed up there but not on my blocked list

The default setting for blacklist is, no calls. But you still receive texts! This app has failed me twice in serious moments of need. Just last night added a number to blacklist and I got a call from the person 10 min later? :(((( does the app have to be running to work?
