Create neural models capable of recognizing cursive characters or any other type of drawings.
Create a new model, draw something and hit train to tell your phone the name of the sketch. Later, when a similar sketch is presented, you may ask the model to guess and it will return its name.
The model generalizes well even for names with only a single example, however, teaching different styles may achieve better results. For instance, by teaching different types of characters like uppercase, lowercase, cursive and so on.
This model was developed at COPPE-UFRJ to demonstrate an application of the KernelCanvas model with a WiSARD neural network, most descriptions and functionalities will me added later.
Source code, and most likely a library, will be released later for use as an alternative to Android GestureRecognition with some extra functionalities.
