UK Train Helper

Great train departures app. Could do with an option for smaller fonts to get a bit more info on the screen. Oxford Parkway station gives an error.

The app has stopped updating departure information.

Started to display strange messages ie "Arrived on time 2 minutes late".

Very nice app with nice interface. Would like it if you could add a widget please?

Good app with fast info. But wants an option to disable images when view departures or arrivals

I move all the time so do not have home station etc. I have put my starred stations in a particular order but app has altered order to alphabetical. I put them in this order so that the most important is first. Also I'd like to delete home and work options as I do not use them. Maybe you could put this in some sort of settings menu as it seems the only settings are the notifications. Also better display as to where a train is when selected. Another suggestion is when looking at a busy station and you do not know which train to select as you are not going to the final destination, have an option to select your destination and display only the trains for that destination

App suddenly not opening stations to shower longer list of train statuses. When clicked on the station, it shows progress bar as if opening then returns download fail. I uninstalled, reinstalled and no success. Weird, because it worked perfectly for two months and has now become faulty...Using an S7 edge.

(i) When tapping on a train, it would be better and much clearer if, for stations that a train has already departed from, it would state "departed X minutes late" / "departed on time". (ii) Sometimes when I tap on a train, I get a map of the World, and the train's arrival times aren't displayed, I'm not sure why. (iii) When I do get the route map of the train, it would be good if tapping on a station would click through to that station's live arrivals. 

A very nice looking app which does what it's supposed to do and well, but there is still no option to turn off notifications entirely.

Total junk. Couldnt find station, supposed to be a place to pick one nothing. Typed in station searched no result. Seeing it was always a station used by Mrs Selfridge, it is well known in history

Don't normally comment on apps but this provides live train information (arrivals and departures) in a clear and fast format. Lets user setup Home, Work and favourites for quick access. Far better and more flexible than the National Rail app (providing you aren't using planning and ticket purchasing). Just what I was looking for...many thanks...

Rather than install train company bloated apps to check train times, use this. Does what it says on the tin, timings as accurate as station boards.

It's a shame that you can't control how the notifications appear, it's just a bit too intrusive

No process for removing stations. If the developer provided this facility, would rate as 5*

Really good information and up to date

In the US at the moment but I'm looking forward to using this when I return to the UK. I few design flaws/bugs here and there but looks like it works well. Look forward to future updates.

Great App. Ideal for checking services when out and about!

Great app, helped no end on Saturday when someone was ill on the train. We were better informed than station office. A little buggy but the more I use it, the better seems to be.
