Did not work on my G S3 after creating an account by logging in using my Google account and creating a Project on their Editor page. The Project exists, but all I see on the MDC app is a blank page. It LITERALLY ends the app URL with: /?blank#. Blank! Nothing on their page or within the app appears to have a relevant Help section to resolve this. Disappointing, as their description outlines some functionality I demand (offline, offline maps, etc.). But if you can't get the basics right... Uninstalled.

I’ve tried out several similar apps: this is one of the best. Slightly confusing form customisation and modification, but worth persevering. Overall a good application. However, it will not be a great application until the maps are available offline: particularly for field data use.
