School of Inspired Leadership

The School of Inspired Leadership, also known as SOIL, is located in Gurgaon and founded by Anil Sachdev. It has many associate schools, some of them being MIP, UNB and Pinchot, and it was created through the partnership of 32 companies. It seeks to create leaders who are not only competent, but also passionate. The mission of inspired leadership has been rooted in ethics, diversity, mindfulness, compassion and sustainability, which are the five pillars of the institution. It offers programs to help students deal with many challenges that they will face while aspiring to be leaders. It offers three programs of post-graduation, much like a full time MBA course that is offered in schools overseas. It has an amazing faculty which is distinguished, and are coming in from all over the world, teaching the developed curriculum the school provides. With them, the classes become innovative and with their help, the students can go into the business world and deal with it well. Students are also diverse, and the school attracts them from all over the country. The infrastructure is good, and SOIL is in a neighbourhood where the metro is just a five minute walk away. Modern facilities are available in the school, starting from hostel facility to the library and well-furnished and well-equipped classrooms. An intense selection process is done to choose their students. The students first need to take the Calliper Assessment Test, and then a Talent Appreciation Test, after they have been shortlisted through their application profile and video resume. To be eligible for these, they need at least some years of job experience. In the program, each student is given a mentor who will help them through the years of learning, and they will finally go on to be an effective leader.
