Gionee Care for Android
I bought Gionee S6pro on 1st November,2016 for ₹26000 . But battery backup is very bad only lasted for 3-4hours. And it take 15 hours to recharge full battery No one buy gionee products, it's really bad and thr services are also worse
Its slower than a snail... Hangs more than a bat... Drinks up charge faster than desert soak a water drop... I keep boosting it all day... Nd its been 2 months only... Dnt know if its gonna survive a year..
Guys, Finally I got a chance to write about Gionee. The worst experience I had. I had brought Gionee s5.5 and there were so many problems that they had asked me to pay to resolve. They dsmaged tge screen and said thats because it was just like that. This is fake. And service centres you have is one in North and one in south. Truly disappointed customer. I use Samsung now and completely satisfied. Brand is a brand
Useless,useless app as it shows you list of service centres which do not exist any more. Similarly replies from customer care are pathetic. Gionee phones are waste of investment as there is no support for their most expensive flagship phone elife e 8
I have purchased M5 Plus model. From Day 1st I am facing problem. 1st problem of cracking sound. I gave it to local Care (Sanjay Telecom) which gave back phone as it is after 20 days. again I gave to and then it was repaired. Again I got another problem of Speaker which was intermittently becoming ON or OFF. I gave back to Service Station it came back as it is. Again I had given it to 18/4/17. Till today (28/4/17) I have not received it. I decided to file a case against Gionee in consumer court.
Its 3rd month and you guys haven't sent free JBL head-phones promised with my Gionee A1 Mobile. Its so pathetic, how can you expect you will grow your company like this, i am thinking to approach consumer court next month.
Gionee s6 pro the worst mobile phone ever I used. For charging it take 8 - 10 hrs, and will give a back up of max 3-5 hrs. Serviced twice and the service centers are flood up complaints and that too located in very remote place. Not able to use 4G as Vodafone service on 21000 MHZ and this phone doesn't support the same channel. Caller ID, displays only two first letters of the names we saved. Call record, not able to access how many miss calls and the time... I paid Rs.18500 for this phone... Friends don't waste your hard earned money buying any Gionee products...
I don't know whats the use of ur gcare app.. Just to see waranty period nd service centers. Coz i have sent a complaint before 1 month and still there is no response from ur side.. And in this 1 month i have sent the same complaint 5 6 time.. U guys suck.. Nd trust me if ur services r like this then u wont be able to run this company for a long time
I have bought gionee A1, initially I found the phone good but then, problems started. No cover found inside which is mentioned on cover. Second it's touch recognizes everything not only figure touch which is a big blunder. Third if you are just holding phone and it is a long press even then it performs the command. m regretting this phone.
Worst Company I had purchased s6pro not even 5 month I used I got many problems more than I used it was in service center and bad service better they hv 2 shut down this company if I get any problem in feature I am gng 2 claim a case on gionee
Gionee is very bad phones provider company around the world every 2 months you have to face the charging issue problem this is my gurantee they provide type c jack because the company is chutiya type. .. . One more thing os updation is also very poor not verified before launch that directly effect on mic you will face slow voice problem and every 3rd incoming call automatically call waiting beep will be play without any call waiting . .. .PLEASE DONT PURCHASE MOBILE PHONES FROM THIS COMPANY MY 17000 HAS BEEN WASTED HOPE SO U DONT
Gionee is worst phone I ever had, very poor after sales services and worst parts used in phone. I recommend not to buy any gionee phone

I bought S6S few months back. Everything was fine but recently there was a problem of 'screen overlay detected' which is very irritating and it won't be easily sorted out.
I am tried to sign up more than 20 times it's always says my email id is invalid. How my current working email id is invalid? I think your app is invalid & ridiculous.

Dear sir, I am doing mail for against job sheet number..... GC17A00002972. THE GIONEE CARE EXECUTIVE IS VERY ARROGANT AND BEHAVIOR IS VERY BAD WITH THE CUSTOMER, THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT IN GIONEE CARE EVERY TIME THERE BEHAVE VERY RUDE. WHEN I COMPLAINT to MR SANDEEP SHARMA THE PERSON WHO IS TAKING CARE haryana. He did not respond me even one time. After doing so many call, now that person phone is always respond that phone is switched off. But when I called from another number phone is ringing that means every body is ignoring his job. This kind of service never encourage me to purchase the gionee phone again. I will go for another brand and I will not recommend to any body to purchase this phone. I visited five time In care every time the gionee care service is responding very badly. There are so many more complaint. Even first there is not any customer care number is displayed on notice board I. Am enclosing the pic of notice board. We can say that phone is again at service center for repair now this time problem is in mother board and I know the problem because I am complaining against gionee care representatives. Now this is my humble request kindly resolve that matter and take strict action against hisar gionee care services team,. Its been two years am using my gionee elife e7. Even if I experience some problems i got solution for everything. People who have Google Play Store problem visit service center and you will get a small update. That's it don't blame Gionee!!
Patna service center is worst. If you go there keep care of your phone battery otherwise 100% chance that your battery will exchanged with damaged battery. Must sign over battery when handover your phone to service person. I recently faced the same and customer care didn't take any action.
Useless company, bought gionee splus not even a year before but facing problem with charger. Went to Gionee Care often n also got replaced twice my charger but even after that I face problems with charger, ppl of care shop don't care, company take 3days to send new charger we pay 650rs per charger but don't get proper thing. Super tired with this company.

I bought s6 in june 2015 and after 15 days it droped from 3ft aprox and screen crushed . On 25th i gave it at local service center in rishikesh but after every 3 days i get the msz that your phone has been delivered at local service center and next msz i receive that the date of delivery has been extended by one week. Now the latest date i have got 26th july. Please explain how can a person survive without phone . No response from customer care , no update at the app . Now tell me what to do.
I have purchased a S6 just before 4 months for Real 20000/-. and for the last 4 months I am really repenting.. During this short time of 4 months charger became soooo slow and factory reset and reloading of software done twice. Don't go for this company.... You may get superb phones for rs 20000/- ....
I have been using m5 since 8 months.. It works good.. Just 2 weeks before I submitted my phone to malad service centre because I phone was little hanging and play store was not working.. After 3 rd visit I got my phone..it takes 6 days now very sad to tell u that I am facing these problems 1. Calls log not showing 2.text mags not showing 3.hanging too much 4.if I reboot the phone it takes 10 minutes to swich on..o don't know what to do I don't have Time to visit again and again really too bad service waiting for the answer.
Em using P6 and aftr some time all my photos videos songs got disappeared from gallery etc but they exist in the memory card the bloody phone is not able to read them.. What to do with it?? Hiw can i fix it??
I am m5 user, all the applications are hanging on lollipop. And its now outdated os. Max apps are marshmallow updated one...please provide asap.

I'm a P2M user, and as a set of 5000 camera given to us is good. But the calling has some problems with hardware for sure..... Didn't expected this!!!
I am using M5 mobile of geonee. While searching phone no. from phone book, It takes much time. Also quality of voice during conversation is disrupted frequently.

I am a gionee P5w user,,,,it works good ,, only problem i face is battery dies out very quickly ,no other issues ,,,and my request is to launch android 6.0(marshmallow version) plzzz

Gionee is the worst company of selphones . I brought gionee p5l and it damaged within a month and when we go to costumer care they changed the parts of my phone and make it nothing but just a box .they get all working parts from my phone and fix not working parts in my phone . Guys i suggest you that dont use gionee selphones.
