Flat Handover Checklist

This app enables landlords or their representatives to record the transfer of a flat to a new tenant.
Recording the details can be carried out together with the tenant in the flat to be transferred, using a smartphone or tablet.

Both the new tenant and the landlord can confirm the flat transfer record by signature on the mobile terminal.
In this way, later disputes regarding the condition of the flat upon moving in can be avoided.

All employees involved in leasing the flat have access to the data recorded, at all times.
