The app is way too slow. It keeps getting logged out automatically and then I cannot log in at all, i need to uninstall and install the app again for it to work. The test results which we download are not saved in the app that means we need to redownlad again and again for revision which makes it extremely inconvenient.

Cannot submit the test. Ended up giving the same test twice without being able to submit the test. It is a pathetic app and is a waste of time.

There is a discrepancy in the final calculated marks in the test report and the marks that we should get according to the no. of right questions. Since the rank in the report is decided by the final marks, its reliability is questionable. Kindly correct this problem. Or is this according to the new marking pattern of NEET? Other than that the app is great.
