Simple Loan Calculator

Loan / Home Mortgage Calculator. Simple data entry by customized input dialogs or scrolling and modifications to each month’s payment.
Features:
• User friendly data entry of Loan Amount, Payment, Interest Rate, and Loan Period.
• Entry screen allows choosing any parameter to solve loan for. The value that the loan is currently being calculated for will have its heading highlighted blue, while the other values that you are entering data for will be highlighted cyan. Change the value loan is being solved for click touching the desired values heading.
• Scrollbar data entry to let you play around with the entries at ease.
• Loan detail summary.
• View schedule of loan payments on Month tab. Initially shows yearly summary, touch a year to expand to show each months payment.
• Adjust each month’s payment individually by sectioning in month view. Make extra advance payments, loan redraws and changes to interest rates.
• Choose effect of any payment modification. Select to change loan period or change future payments.
• Email loan reports.
Permissions needed:
• Internet. This app is ad supported.
• External/SD storage. Required to attach report to email.
