Binary Paint

Binary Paint is an abstract "painting" generator with a simple interface - for every suggested new addition to the painting by the computer, you simply either accept or reject it. Your painting is built up through the combination of all these decisions, resulting in a composition that pleases you. You are the boss!

Instructions:

Tap on the right-hand side of the screen to accept the suggested change. Tap on the left-hand side to reject the last suggested change. Every time you accept a change, an new one will be drawn on the screen. Click on the save button at the bottom right to save the image to your device.

Tips and tricks:

◊ Once you have a range of colours you like, you can prevent any new colours by selecting the "No new colours" option in the drop-down menu. This helps you to create more harmonious paintings.

◊ You can select the particular drawing methods you want to use in the Options menu. If there's a particular type of drawing method that you don't like, you can turn it off (e.g. image pixellations). Or, you can select just a few drawing methods to see how they work together.
