A simple pension calculator

This is a simple pension calculator that considers lump sum and/or regular pension contributions.

Variable inputs are savings/investment rate (% p.a.), inflation rate (% p.a.), any applicable scheme/investment charge rate (% p.a.), anticipated annuity rate upon retirement (%), current pension fund value available to invest, applicable regular monthly pension contributions and finally the years left until you retire.

If any of these variables do not apply then enter "0".

The outputs are the growth rate (% p.a.) (interest income plus inflation less charges), the retirement pension fund value, the annual pension available (based on the pension fund and the annuity rate) and both of the above figures rebased in "real terms" ie., the purchasing power of your pension fund/pension after adjustment for inflation.
