Junk app. Email about getting the app to work so I could trade in my points. Nothing. Waste of time.

Little by little, all features have stopped working. Looks like the end of mPoints. Other apps using mPoints are also stopping. Don't see any need to use since they do not reply either.

So far the points you are promised by taking pictures of receipts have not shown up... Had the app over a week now. ..

****UPDATE 1/23/18 --->> I still haven't been able to log in to the app & now over 15,000 of my points have disappeared! I can't even get my rewards for all the receipt scanning I did! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET A RESPONSE & NOW AS OF 1/31/18 THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN!! I'm guessing they are just blowing off all the customers until 1/31 & then they'll tell us it's past the deadline so we are all S.O.L.**** It's been almost a year now since I've been able to use this app. Contacted support NUMEROUS TIMES only to get no answer. When I try to login with email it says the email is already in use & I should log in with my Facebook acct. When I try to sign in with Facebook it tells me Error creating/updating user record." I've uninstalled, reinstalled & nothing works. I'm able to earn points for surveys that pop up in my notifications but it does me no good because I can't log in to see my balance or to cash in my earned rewards.

Deleting this app. Really disappointed with mPlus Rewards, because they decided to discontinue the entire program, & didn't have the decency to inform anyone. Found out through another app why nothing was working anymore. Ended up wasting over 26,000 points on sweepstakes entries, because they quit offering the gift cards with no advance notice.

This app is great.......when it works. I see I'm not the only one with the current problem of spinning and not getting any credit and absolutely no help when sending in an issue. Please fix. Since when did they quit the rewards part? No gift cards only "sweepstakes" which won't open, either. Done with it.

Did away with mpoints with no warning, useless app don't waste your time

This was a great app at one time but now nothing works, I can't accept my points and no one responds when you email them. I have sent 4 emails over the last month and a half and all have been ignored. I have wasted my time sending my receipts in and the spin "bonus" is just as useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!!!

I used to like this app, but it's useless now that the mpoints tab doesn't work. They don't respond to my questions. They do still allow me to scan receipts and send me bi-weekly surveys about my whereabouts that are supposed to give me 50 points when I click on the mpoints tab (that no longer works). Seems like they're getting something for collecting my personal data without giving me anything in return.

The app isn't giving me my points. It's been doing this for months now. I've deleted the app and reloaded and still nothing. Very disappointed.

There's absolutely NO point to this app any longer without mpoints! There are better apps for receipts & you actually GET points to use for PayPal &/or gift cards.

Second time that the app won't actually add points to your mpoints account. Seems like a waste of time now.

Used to work, now it's useless. No points earned anymore.

Simply put, does not work.have been punching for a month now, but still no rewards.

It seems that every other update causes a problem of some kind. Following the latest update, the mPoints tab in the Rewards section no longer works. I can still accrue points as before, but cannot access them. The last time they screwed it up, it was many months before they issued a new update that fixed the problem. Also, they don't respond to complaints sent via their "Get Support" function. If they, as many other apps recently, are quitting mPoints completely, they should just say so. I hate wasting time for nothing. The developers suck!

This is the second time in last year that Punchcard app has stopped working after an update (also happened December 2016). Last time it took them several months to fix the app. Why would you update an app without testing to see if it works first? And why does it take 3 months to finally fix? Not a good sign that this has happened AGAIN!

It was great until it stopped giving points :( no point in having it now. Hoping it's just a glitch and will be fixed soon. *fingers crossed*

App let's you check in and scan receipts but not getting any of the mpoints on my account. Just another problem encountered with this app. Hope they fix this problem.

This app just stinks. Mpoints do not add no rewards nothing updates. And don't bother reacing out for support; NO ONE responds back. WORTHLESS

It will let me scan receipts and check in but it doesn't give the mpoints. I emailed support and am still waiting for a response.

18Aug2017 mPoints is most likely officially dead. I'm giving it a week and if it isn't fixed I'm deleting this app, because it's pointless without rewards.

Don't know why they can't keep this app working... managed to break the mpoints again with the latest update. This is getting seriously old!

Recently it froze up again. This is the second time since I've had the app that it froze up and won't give points.

All my points disappeared. Not sure why and no rewards available

Very few stores/restaurants show up. No national chains of anything at all. Photos in play store are very deceiving. Waste of time.

App won't award mPoints for my spins. Finally got a 50 point spin and didn't get any redeemable points for it. :/

No response from customer service. Bad sign...

Fix mpoints or pointless to have app

Deleting right now. I downloaded recently and was not getting points. I did some research only to find out they are not doing the reward system anymore but yet they accept your receipt. Sorry I'm not giving my data for free. If you want to waste your time scanning receipts for nothing then this app is for you. Also the app is very sluggish when looking for stores.

I've been using the app for a few weeks. Even though it showed that i was supposed to receive points, they were never credited to my account. I wrote to supprt, never received a response. Then suddenly my app stopped working. I couldnt log in any more, i couldnt reset the pasword,nothing. Waited for a few days, tried multiple times...nothing.

UPDATE 11/5/2017 Since mPLUS is officially in the process of shutting down, I am writing to them today to see if this, add is likely, affects all apps based on accruing mPoints, and if so, either officially notifying users, releasing a list of apps and pulling them from the app stores... I haven't been using THIS app, but do use other affiliated with either mPLUS or mPoints, and should like a clear understanding of where not to waste my time! I'm sure I'm not alone! ORIGINAL COMMENT: Ditto to every comment below... Doesn't issue mPoints. Cannot access mPoints button under rewards tab. Still shows receipts to be added though... ???

4/3/17- I can now get to mpoints, but get an error message when I try to spin the wheel, and the receipts don't seen to be uploading. I sent an email to support, but they never reply to acknowledge that your ticket has arrived or been seen. Original: You cannot navigate to mpoints achievements to collect them. I have several hundred points just sitting there waiting to be collected, but I can't get to them. I have emailed support a couple times over the last few weeks, but they don't bother responding. Don't bother down loading this app, it is a waste of time. 11/6/17. App no longer works, I can't even log in. Even tried password recovery in case something happened there. Says it will email a reset, but never does.

They are collecting the data by allowing you to submit receipts, but not giving you the promised points for each receipt. Since last night, I can no longer access my account. Customer service does not respond to emails. Looks like it's another broken app

Used to like this app but now it stinks!! Tried to reinstall it but now saying login has failed. My points stopped adding up.some time ago. I have sent numerous emails but no one ever replies . I'm about to give up on this app entirely and NEVER return !!!

It WAS a great app but hadn't worked since MPoints had an upgrade in mid December. I contacted mPoints about this and they said they sent instructions to all app developers for connecting with new mPoints app requirements. The fact that this app doesn't work means the developers have chosen NOT to update the app to make it functional with the new mPoints system. Most of my other mPoints apps have been updated and are now working fine but Punchcard is lagging BIG TIME. I'm sure good reviews will resume when issue is fixed.until then....oh well
