APP seems still immature. E.g. When indoors position often inaccurate as mobile looses GPS fix and relies network to determine position. Update of sensor status lagging behind.

I'm angry. The app is unusable without online account. Cannot even be used without network connection! WTF?! Is it supposed to be a BLUETOOTH gadget, or a customer tracking app? Have you seen Nokia Treasure Tag? That's how it should work.

Won't pair with g-tags on any Samsung device like S7 or T850. Too pushy to buy extra tags.

It depends completely on the smartphone which Bluetooth and géo-localisation must be activated all the time. That Means if it is lost farther the 40m of the phone or if your phone battery is dead => nothing to do !

Never alarmed me when I lost my key, but now it's constantly ringing at 7:30 (on sunday) even tough my key is next to me. Thanks for keeping me awake!

It does exactly what I want it to do - warn me if I leave one of my bags behind when travelling. For this job it's cool. Do not use it for finding items, it's not a GPS tracker. I don't even use the GPS function, just to get alerted in case the distance between me and by bags is too high. BUT.... where can you END the App?!? I always do it via the Task Manager, which is annoying difficult on Android 6. Once started, there is no end option in the app!

Sometimes gives the wrong position. Hardly missing the graphical trace with time infos.

Permanent app errors. Moreover, the tag cannot be used as a trusted device to keep screen unlocked

Has the basic separation alert. Tracker itself has no location beep feature. Further, it is not possible to find phone with tracker. Also, bigger than Lapa tracker which has more features.

Shame that is not possible to ring a Gtag as have f.e. Beenode

SCANT NICHT !!!! Handy findet den Tag, die App scannt aber nicht. Also funktioniert es nicht.

Bought this as alternative to The Tile. Regrettably the G-tag makes no sound so finding things that are in the same room or house is too difficult. Would find it with the same speed without g-tag. Wasted money.

I have only one car key now. I feel much better having this app to track where the key is now

On certain cyanogen OS and Kindle Fire no Google Services Framework. This app required this EVEN for basic proximity tracking without location on Google map. Please allow basic mode in app supporting more privacy aware Android OS phones. it seems that it almost does, but crashes after a while without Google tracking services framework

Please do not even think to buy this emmbaresment of a "product" until they get it do at least 1% what it was supposed to.

It does the job as described and it has saved me many times. However it drains the battery.

Nice app

Application does it's job as expected with ( so far) no issues. The device itself works great, had a bit of trouble with Smart Lock option but figured it needed the G-tag app installed in order to be used. Comes in handy when you have your screen password protected and you don't want to put the password each time you want to unlock the screen. Useful device, good app. Cheers.

Quite a few false positives. And why do you need access to my contacts on the latest update??

The device works. . but I was misled by the fact I thought I could also track the bag or else, in Google map. I can only have last known map position that seems to be based on the BT sensor (last time the sensor was close to the tag). If thus is how it works, I misunderstood the use of it. Please, make it clear on the marketing enclosure in the shop.

Wasted 20 EUR for g-tag. G-tag is not detected. Link to support website on Google play doesn't work. No help function in the app itseld. FAQ on website only available in German. FAQ aren't helpful at all.

I spent £20 on it and when I lost my keys it said herondale road it wasn't there I went to see my grandad for x mas 2015 and it was in his house .to anyone who would consider buying it strictly don't I am only 12 years of age and it is rubbish

Wish it has a flash and beep capability

Stupidest app ever, even sound alarm when in home zone and went to toilet with mobile.. totally waste of money and needs a lot a lot a lot of improvements.

This is not a locator device, you can only find the tag if it is in range of the Phone...

There need to be more options, for example: when your close to your G-tag maybe a "sonar" repeating sound to let you hear how close you really are. And if you turn off your phone, to silent you still get notifications every time connection is lost or found. why can't G-tag's talk to each other.

App arbeitet nicht mit android 6.0

The example of the app on the back of the package in store showed a map with multiple tags over a city.. This device is just a simple Bluetooth strengt measure app... Stupid and useless!

1.1 worked fine without location services present (eg on privacy aware custom ROM), although it kept asking for location, you could say No. Please be more privacy friendly in next version. An opt out to location tracking would be useful, just having proximity alarm is fine!

I couldn't add tags to the app. As soon as I scan for the tag, app crashes. I am using a HTC one m8 (unrooted) with Android 5.0.1. IOS app works as it should be.(tesed with an iPhone 6)

High battery usage, phone doesn't last till 4 with this app running. This is merely a Bluetooth strength meter, using the phone's location when BT link is lost ... Which happens quite frequently
