Its fine when u got credit as soon as i run out of credit it logs u out of the app then tells u ur password or username is wrong JOKE!
So hard to get help. Feel like I've been lied to

You get what you pay for !!! Yes it's cheap but coverage and signal poor. The worse thing is trying to contact them for help
Hard work to find your loans and manage loan payments

Can't login in and I check my website login in fine but this app not working
Not happy with the upgrade, took over an hour this morning to log in. Kept getting the usual messages that my user name and password were wrong!! It doesn't save these details as in the old version!! Bought a goody bag a couple of hours ago......still it is not active even though I have rebooted my phone. Never had any issues before the update.
There is no way to contact anyone for help. Just keeps putting you to community help which involves people wanting kudos and no answers to your problem. Whats wrong with letting you speak to customer service. My sim comes up not registered on network so i cant make any calls but its ok your continuing to take credit from me to reoccur my goodiebags that i cant use because the sim is not registered on network. Something that customer services could resolve if you gave us a way to get in touch with them but no only let us through to the community chat that just wants kudos.
First time user. Bought a goodybag £15 and my credit decreasing its not using data from goodybag but money from credit. NO way to contact anyone, no customer care or nothing like that. RUBBISH.
Would not let me log in keep telling me I have wrong password. Username. Go on my pc to top up locked out because I've had too many failed attempts to long on what a load of crap . thanks for the reply ive just been on and everythings working great now .ill change my rating :)
I am disappointed with my giffgaff at the moment,I can't get into my account it's says I ve entered incorrect details which is bull because they are the only details I use! Plz sort this as it's driving me mad not being able to check my account am seriously considering leaving!
Thought this would be good. But through the app I'm not able to access my account because it says I need to activate sim which I have. Not getting any response to help. What you playing at
Pile of crap. WTF do giffgaff get off from not providing a basic customer service phone number to speak directly to an advisor. Robbing c**ts only take money and provide no insurance. The helpline I phoned today was o2 which stated although they provide the masts they have nothing else to do with it. Shoddy network. No phone help. I am 20pounds out of pocket and I still cannot work as I rely on the phone mobile data. Will never recommend to anyone.
Keeps logging me off so I constantly have to log in. Even worse, it keeps on telling me I have my password wrong even though I'm sure it's not. Blocked for too many attempts. It just happens everytime and it's so frustrating that logging in takes forever
Update has not done a dam thing!!! still logged out all the time, crap. Fix it...................... Still useless as of today 13/4/16
Keeps saying that I have the wrong password when I know I haven't so I followed the instructions to change it but still can't log in please help before I have no choice but to leave u giffgaff!
It does what it's supposed to. Makes your life a lot easier by having all your stats right in front of you. -1* due to the fact that it's not compliant with latest Google material design, and icon layout
On last day of goodybag it's just saying it's expiring tonight but not how much data or minutes I have left. Sometimes after calling someone the app tells me I have more free minutes than before I made my original call. Another problem, I make a 40 minute call and it tells me I have used 60 minutes.
If i could give 0 stars i would....installed this app and spent 1hr trying to sign in changing my password over and over with no luck keeps saying "Wrong sign in details" my details work fine on the pc dont waste you're time with this app such a shame.
Problems are usually sorted by community or agents quite quickly. Only problem not fixed is partners Moto x play. Giffgaff manual settings do not work for WiFi or data connections. Why won't giffgaff do an app for Moto smartphones???
GiffGaff likes to make a lot of noise about just how good GiffGaff is, but. . . . In actual fact, GiffGaff's a lot of noise about nothing. The "Community Members" are obviously people who have brand new, expensive Smart Phones (SP) running the very latest Operating Systems (OS), therefore, getting what GiffGaff is shouting about. They're in a minority. The rest of us, are getting hot air. So, unless you're one of those SP/OS owners, about to enter the select minority, you can only expect to get what's allegedly on offer, after grief, strife, and. . . . Guess what? Online interaction with that self-same minority of self-satisfied, smug, GiffGaff service recipients, (sigh). I'm tired of it. Having to spend £10 to buy £5 so-called 'Goody Bags'. Oh, that's alright though, because, all you have to do is navigate through the system to ensure you are actually buying a £5 'Goody Bag' from within your account's balance, and then, set it to recur. Tiresome. I'll shortly be returning to Virgin Mobile, with whom I've been since 2000. That's another story of cold incompetence. Yet, at least Virgin's simple to deal with.
I like how easy it is to top up, but I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't remember my username so fat fingers mcghee here has to spend a few minutes typing it in again...
You need to roll back to a working version asap! I cannot log in using correct details. But get an error when they are incorrect. Get it fixed!
Will not allow you to change payment details so can't even cue next goody bag
Just updated and it wont let me into the app to top up my phone.. tells me i have no simcard activated
This app is a really good way of seeing how many texta and minutes and internet you have left so you know when to then top up again you can always keep an eye on it :)
This app takes your money then doesnt give you the goodybag you have paid for rubbish!
Why dose Internet speed slow down after 6GB used?? It's not fasted enough as is. I'm going back on the 3 network.
Not happy at all been trying for 2 days to log in to my account saying logging in details are wrong I know they are not I have tried resting password and reinstalling the app but still not work goody bag has now run out this needs to be sorted been with giffgaff about 4 years if not sorted soon I will be leaving

I topped up my bag for unlimited £20.00 u took it the email me noloonger able top up but took my money i want refund this bad service

4 * for the app, 3* for the network. The signal is not the best and the data connection is very slowly too many times.
