Philips or the developer (gibson limited) does obviously not a good job in software development! This app and connectivity with the Fidelio A2 is TERRIBLE. Loses connectivity frequently among other things like no registration to favorite radio stations/preset radio stations . Fix this app!

I had a lot of problems with the speaker, but finally realized that using LAN connection works great. Unfortunately this morning I received an email from Spotify telling that support will be removed for Philips speaker. Is this true? Will the speaker work with Spotify?

Worst app ever, only works to play music 1/5 times

Your incompetence amazes me. Air studio + won't now show any of my speakers and this app (the lite version) sees my speakers but won't let me me play the music on my phone. Good job guys. Oh and now it won't work at all so I have no way changing radio stations - I can't use any 3rd party apps for that!

completely unusable. The onnected speakers are not recognized anymore since I've updated my phone to Android 7. I can't do anything with my speakers. anymore. There is clearly no attention from Gibson to keep this app up to date! The speakers were however expensive enough and no longer usable.

Shame it no longer supports DNLA playback from local storage. But it does seem to work better that Airstudio + did, and you can use Bubble upnp for that. Far from brilliant but it does ok on Android 6

Th app was last updated over a year ago and is now no longer compatible with Android 7 hence rendering the audio system suddenly useless for more and more users, myself included unfortunately. Is there an update we can still expect or are the speakers now up for the garbage can?

Phillips, thank you for conning us into buying your speakers. How can updating our phone to the latest android cause the app to not load. This is actually ridiculous. I will be writing into the guardian first thing in the morning to expose this day light robbery. I have had my AW9000 for two years and now they are gathering dust. The air studio app has given me many many problems over the years and now its totally unusable. Phillips need to pull it together and understand that people need this fixed asap

This is something that could use a spruce up.. It works on my mobile it controls Spotify, Internet radio. For Google music I use bubble upnp. So I cannot whole hearted recommend it. Happy enough with it for the moment.

It appears to be more stable than previous / other version of this app. Unfortunately look & feel stay the same and features don't appear to be expanding though. Would be great (if we're only aiming at 2 music streaming services) to also start including their new features (e.g. "My music" like albums etc. from Spotify instead of only sticking to the Playlist feature).

I think that Philips is still in 1995 My A5 Fidelio is a great device, but this app is the wrost thing i ever installed on my phone. the ui is aweful, there is a ton of bugs everywhere, it dosent play flac, etc.. Hopefully Samsung saved my wireless speakers with their quick connection based on DLNA. Philips, you need to wake up !

You can't play the music from your own list. You are bounded to play the radio from 4 selected stations. Absolutely disgusting.

G70%
by G####:

I would give this zero stars if I could. The app crashes at least 4 to 6 times before it opens and when it opens than it can't connect to the speaker. Only if you set it up as new speaker go through the steps it works untill you close the app, when start the app again it repeats and it finds noting making it absolutely useless.

At least this version picks up my two A5 speakers, although I appear to have lost the ability to play music from my phone. Does not deal with the speakers losing the connection.
