This app is not able to connect device. I am following up service center to get resolve. But they are saying it is common issue, once it get fixed they will come and fixed. But don't have idea how long will it take to resolve.
App not able to detect the speaker. Service centre people are saying it is global issue. It will be fixed soon. We are waiting from almost 2 month to get resolved.
Crappy app and useless developers... App stopped connecting after firmware update.
this app is only useful for updating your soundbar !
There's no way to make it works, even following the instructions in internet. The app cannot go further from the moment it beeps and then... Error connecting! So frustrating!
I see no point in the app or the network connectivity of the hardware. Music can be streamed more easily via Bluetooth. Light on right speaker flashes unless it's connected to a network. Very annoying.
After update to firmware htl5160b_12_fus_aen.zip. It shows "Failed to connect to speaker" "Please perform a factory reset on the speaker" at "My Speakers" menu selection. Reset a few times still no use.

Absolutely and apparently unashamedly useless after setup. It's disappointing, as the hardware is so good, but this app offers precisely nothing to add to the user experience. Please add some actual day-to-day functionality. Even the option to turn on the system would be helpful as the E6's awful eco mode (the only bad thing about the system, apart from this app) means I'm constantly searching for its remote.
