Have tried registering with 3 different email addresses. No emails sent by Gibbon to confirm and after two emails to their support address, still no reply. Four days later and still no reply or acknowledgement from Gibbon. Not sure what one needs to do to get help from their support team. Another two days more and I received an email to say that mail can't be delivered to the support address. Finally I've had a reply and I can now access the app - it looks very good, really comprehensive. Thanks.

Okay, I love this app and the everything it's trying to do. I'd give it five stars, but it has some technical issues. The videos take forever to load sometimes! I thought it was my data or WiFi or something, but youtube works just fine. Some of the videos don't even work and just say "network error". The trick list leaves out a lot of basic tricks that are needed for more advanced ones. After viewing a trick and pressing back, the list refreshes at the top rather than by the trick just viewed.

The app is very useful, but it seems like you're using a 56kbps server for streaming, it's not possibile to wait several seconds buffering these so damn short videos. Additionally there are lots of graphical issue, misalignments and spinners not rotating around them centers. Must be fixed.

Using a Galaxy S6 with Android 5.02. Downloaded the app and tried to register without success. I got to the step where i should choose if i wanted to sign up for news, events etc. Regardless of what i choose it never completes the registration. I get the wonderful message; Sorry something went wrong. Wow, how helpful!! Because of this my registration never goes through so I can't use the app. I REALLY hope their products are better then their app. It's the TOTAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that matters!!!!!!

You can't see any videos if you're not connected to internet and that sucks even more when you are outside. I tryed to download them with the App but still you can't see them without an Internet connection. I have found that the App store the videos in the path /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.gibbonapp/cache so I would like to ask you If I can upload the videos to youtube, for easy access purposes. Thank you!
