Giant

This app has so much potential. Unfortunately, it is unfathomably glitchy. It is constantly crashing and takes forever to load. For the past month now, Giant has acknowledged that coupons saved and used will not disappear from your saved list. Yet, there has been no fix. What a headache.

This app let's you view ads and make shopping lists. The as viewing isn't awful, but the shopping lists and the constant need to sign in make it near useless. I thought my wife and I could make lists and view the between devices, but very, very rarely does that work properly. More often than not it loses items or doesn't synchronize, but worst of all after you sign in half the time you need to click a second sign in button on the shopping list screen. The devs behind this app should be ashamed of themselves.

I have tried to link this app to my card and it does not work. It does not recognize my email address, my phone number or my card number. I called the number for help and they could not link it either. When I sign in it comes up with and old card number and a phone number I never had. I was able to edit the phone number but not the card. I am now waiting for someone from their web office to call me back because no one from the store or the help line could fix the issue.

This app is fantastic, when it works. It only works sporadically, though.. and when it works, it's slow and laggy. I need to be able to access info quickly when I'm shopping, and this is anything but quick. Great idea that needs a LOT OF work to make the app useful.

This is the worst. It crashes or doesn't work. Doesn't help that my giants wifi never works either. I guess this is how giant keeps prices low, by not putting much money into the app and store wifi.

Use to be a good app when we were allowed to use their coupons with our own, store coupon with manufacturers kind of thing you're allowed to do with any other store. Now you have to do separate transactions when you want to use your man. Coupons that are better than theirs and are not the same, and one to use their coupons because if not then all their coupons are coming off instead of the ones you wanted to use.. Disappointed in that.. At least have man. Coupons available on your app since we can't use ours anymore

This would be such a great app. I love the meal planning and recipes, but it crashes on me every 30 seconds (barely an exaggeration unfortunately). Please fix!

I don't know what happened. Before recent updates it was great but now it's unbelievably buggy. Can't even view the circular or coupons properly.

Wish the coupons you load also show on your shopping list. Seems like a lot of work going back and forth between coupon list and shopping list.

This is by far the worst app I have used. Most apps that are bad don't do what you want. I wasted a half hour trying to log in. I even tried in the store to make sure my ad blocker was not the problem. I never hated watching four dancing dots so much. It would possibly be nice if the login worked but it could be one of those things we never know.

Half the time I can access my card when trying to open. Adding my phone number to my account is something that seems to just be impossible...

This app is so buggy I can't even sign in to use it most of the time. Provides no savings of it's unusable

Can't log in...so can't use app. Tried website....yeah, not any better. Um - someone better fix this!

Couldn't even get past the login screen. Tapped to type and no characters would show up, so I cannot even see that it is accepting input. Shame, would have liked to have given it a go.

Cannot for the life of me get this app to find the store TWO MILES from my dang house...super frustrating. I cannot view the circular OR save a store. Fix this crap!

Lady in store yesterday signed me up & they have my address as my first apartment from 7 years ago and it was the only way to change it. Of course I can't even get into the app correct. If I use my card number to sign up it says my email is in use. If I try to reset my password it says my email can't be found! Probably should have beta tested this before sending out the troops to rally customers while they are trying to shop. I tried website and the reset pass page is totally blank. Double fail

Not user friendly. I like that you can load some coupons to the card, but hate that they don't erase after using them.

Coupons show up even after you've redeemed them and you think you have them but you don't anymore. Half the time it won't even connect.

The coupons need to be removed after use! According to your friendly reminder, you've been working on this for MONTHS. Your competitors can handle coupons correctly. And why can't you sort loaded coupons?

Can't even access the app. When I am able to actually input my username and password, it just says wrong password. I've now changed it twice, and it still won't log in. And before anyone says I'm typing it in wrong, it works fine in my Chrome browser in their full site, every time.

It says my account needs to be updated but then it won't let me update it. I can't access anything. Terrible terrible app

Crashed 3 times just while trying to sign up. Waste of effort. Uninstal

App is full of bugs and has been for half a year. Either fix the app or get rid of it ffs.

Very slow with very few options. Too bad because it really has good coupons

Very disappointed in this app it's horrible doesn't let me log in its slow doesn't give you an option to make a shopping list with prices before going in to spend money

This app has great potential, but scrolling through the weekly circular is painfully slow.

When I click on the sign in all I get is a white screen... No place to put my user name/password.. Been like this for several months even tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.. Same thing

Fix the glitches and this could be great. Convenient when it's working.

Nexus 6P running Android 7. Can't enter text, so can't login, and can't put my zip code in to get local circular when in guest mode.

I do 99.9% of my shopping at Giant. Thought the app would be handy. Won't even let me log in... :( *A restart of my phone allowed me to log in. We'll see what happens from here.

I cant even log on. When i try to sign in, it won't even let me type :( really wanted coupon deals

The app will not let you sign in. It won't even let you type in the spaces provided. Also freezes and shuts down.

Too many glitches and crashes. Coupons get lost. Shopping list is so painful to use that I still use paper.

Used to love it for the convenience, but then signed me off one day randomly and won't let me type in my user name or password to log back in .. boo-urns.

For such a large retailer their app is terrible. It crashes all the time.

Wow, terrible app, archaic UI, constantly crashes, the list can go on and on... I think I'll pass.
