Giant Eagle Classic

If they made apps in the 80's they would operate exactly like the Giant Eagle app.

It would be better if it would actually clip the coupons every time, instead of saying "unable to clip coupon". I've had this happen a lot. I'll be clipping away and it'll work fine, then, all of a sudden it tells me that I can't clip the coupons. It's very annoying and stressful when trying to help my family out in saving some money, which we really don't have in the first place. I like that it's linked to the card though and it should be easy.

What good is the app if I can't see the weekly ad and make my shopping list on Wednesday night? Lately the app is way out of sync and giving "server errors" UPDATE 7/1 still not loading Thursday's ad - OK 11:55pm Wed 8/24 and still unable to see new weekly ad - and here we are in November and MY STORE WON'T LOAD - Gahanna GE - get a life and get your app to work!

I used to like this app...but something happened. I downloaded the app again and now it will not respond to touches, so I can't even log in. All my other apps work fine except for the giant eagle ones. Getgo app also has this problem. Fix it!

Decent app, I suppose, but that's judging against my overall low expectations of Giant Eagle. Am I missing where you can clear your entire shopping list without doing it for individual items? Also, is there not a 1 click option to add something to your cart? Hopefully, I'm overlooking these features, since they're sort of a no-brainer.

Can't pull my receipt to return to store . Now have to make a 25 miles back home to try see what wrong with app. Keeps telling me to log in just saying something wrong.

Show's me fuel perks and info for half a second before switching to my advantage card barcode and saying there was a problem logging in. There is no way to exit this screen unless you exit the app entirely.

If the app would allow you to clip each time instead of stating unable to clip coupon it would be nice. Hard to use an app that doesn't work

Awful! Hasn't worked correctly for a while, updated to the latest version and it won't login. Gives vague error message and says to close app. UGH

I used to be able to use the app but ever since they "updated" it or should say "down"dated it the app will not even open!

THE most buggy crashy app I've ever had the displeasure to try to use. not to mention it requires you to update it every time you turn around. you would think with all the "updating.... they could fix it.

Very difficult to add or delete items. Cannot organize list by category. Does not 'remember' previous purchases. Many other free apps that are much better and that will pull in the local market's sales each week.

I just downloaded it and set up an account, but it crashes before I even get the chance to use it. And it sent me an empty email for email verification. Very buggy!

Was working great a few days ago, now just crashes before it opens. Very disappointing.

After having very few issues with this app it now has failed to open for almost a week now. Fix the damn thing and I'll adjust my rating.

App crashes when opened. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but that didn't do anything to help.

Great idea but it means nothing if I can't get off the sign up page. Hope this gets fixed! I wanna love it.

Where do I begin? Shows stores "near me" in Indianapolis. I live in Murrysville, PA. Cannot change it. When I enter the zip code to do the curbside shopping, my preferred store doesn't appear even though I live across the street from the store and can see it! The app is one of the slowest I've encountered! With a company as profitable and as monopolized as Giant Eagle, loosen the purse strings and pay for a firm that can handle the tech problems and work out the bugs.

Needs some serious tweaking, especially with the shopping list feature. It is too cumbersome to modify existing lists. Storing coupons is a great feature. Somewhat slow but good concept.

Does a lot, deals and coupons, and small app size! But I can't seem to be able to search for a particular item or see what isle it is in!?

Not user friendly. Can't find coupons easily. Can't scan your advantage card from phone at self check out.
