Giant Bomb Video Buddy

Seamlessly plays all giant bomb video content in your phone or tablet. Have been using it on and off for a couple years and have run it to very few bugs. What's better, as a premium member, you still access all premium content and save it for offline viewing. Great stuff!

1. When a video I've been Chromecasting has ended and I use the back arrow to choose another video, when I tap to play the new video I've chosen it reverts back to the video that just ended. I then have to go through the list to select the new video again. Annoying! 2. Sometimes the Chromecast icon just isn't there - restarting the app makes no difference. Then it just reappears one day. Weird!

This is a much better way to watch GB videos than wrassling with their site. I have been having some issues lately though. Video will be fine for a good portion and then the screen will freeze while the audio keeps going.

Been using the app 3+ years nearly every day. I have had an issue a few times: my phone battery died while watching a video. When I plugged in my phone and relaunched the app, it says the list I was trying to view was empty. This sucked because I had over 40 videos in that list that dated back to 2015. Additions I would like to see are related to this: syncing your lists to the cloud for use between other devices. Same sort of saving or syncing for "watched" videos. Also, a way to watch live videos please!

The killer app for viewing Giant Bomb videos. I've spoken to the guy who made it. He's a real smart duder. I highly recommend the video buddy app to anyone who watches Giant Bomb videos. You can watch every video on the website, including premium content if ur s subscriber.

I've been having issues with casting videos to my Chromecast here lately. I don't know if that's something on the app side but it's been bugging me. The audio hitches up every few seconds.

For about a week alone, the app struggled to play videos. Now everything works as intended. Stellar quality! It's an amazing app for all your Giantbomb needs!

The reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I would like Nougat multi window support at some points please. Other than that, the best app!

Can you please add wifi data only option. Screwed myself by accident more than once now.

I wish it has a favorites feature like Luchadeer. Even without that feature, I still prefer this app. Edit: I'm an idiot. There is a list feature.

Sound errors with Chromecast. It used to work nicely, but sound skips now.

Hands down the best app for quick content. It's got some bugs, but they don't really get in the way of functionality. Thanks duders!

Love the app, however that windows horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the screen is back for some reason. Besides that, no complaints!

Would love to be able to queue up multiple videos but other than that makes watching Giant Bomb easy.

All of my GB videos in my pocket, good search, downloader manager and swift updates (when needed). Great work!

Wtf fix the app

Amazing app. But for some reason, despite it working perfectly on my old phone, I cannot link my boxee account to my new phone. Really Annoying.

Won't let me watch videos without linking account. Linked account and still won't work.

Been using this app for about 6 months. Works really well and the creator has shown to be really dedicated adapting to all the crazy changes Giant Bomb makes to the way their videos can be accessed to quickly make the app compatible again ASAP. Big props!

Nothing but error messages for the last 3 weeks.

This app is great. Super simple, no fluff. Having access to premium content is amazing and Chromecast support is huge. Only complaint is that after the recent update, whenever I cast to my Chromecast, I get a weird Windows-like scrollbar at the bottom of the screen that doesn't go away.

Literally the only time i've ever rated an app. Says something about the cool app and the cool guy that made it.

A genuinely fantastic mobile experience for anyone that frequents Giantbomb's gigantic video library. The developer stays on top of bugs and updates which makes this a real keeper.

Definitely the best Giant Bomb app on the market (and I've bought the DLC) but really needs the ability to notify of new videos. I manually check the app daily which is no big deal but being notified about new Quick Looks or Premium videos would be awesome.

Cannot link account on LG g4 anymore. It says I'm linked but all videos display error messages.
