On 4th march i made a transaction but unfortunately it was not succesful. Money deducted from my account and still not refunded. Ref no. 75136946065000088622977. There is no option to raise complaints in the app.

if i typing maestro debit card no. in box, then shows its not a valid debit card no., its a credit card no.. Pls. resolve this problem.

Waste of data and waste of time for installing this application. If you give correct ifsc while transfer money it error will occur saying that invalid ifsc. I tried many time same thing it's been.

This app is not supportable for gold loan..I want to pay my interest or installment but can't pay with app. Its very cheap app. Update this app for online pay.

Useless app! Just does not do anything. Even the loan payment is routed to a webpage external to the application. No use with this. If there are any enhancements do let me know.

Unless & until existing gold loan users have the facility to see their gold loan details & payment details within the app and also their interest due for payment, this app is useless. Money transfer and recharge of Mobile & DTH, users can do directly from their bank account itself using their Bank's Mobile App.
