Love the app, best quality and superb price. I want to be the seller to share the credit is their any chance???
I've just added 2 lots of credit to my account and whilst on an important conversation with a relative overseas the line just went dead and the call ended. Unable to make any calls at the moment, but keep getting a recorded message to contact customer services. There's no contact number, the message service within the app isn't working and I've had no response to my texts or emails. How then can I contact customer services?? Can I just have a refund please? I'm not happy at all!!
The tariffs calling Belgium landlines (10 c/min) by mistake are 400% higher than calling mobiles (2.6c/min). Please correct urgently!!! FooCall works really fine for me and been using it for many years from home and abroad, except now calling to Belgium makes no sence as calling landlines in Europe are always cheaper then mobile.
The app worked great until I changed phones. I have credit on my old phone and after numerous attempts the verification code still won't come through on the new phone
Horrible , is cutting off while you talking, the credit run out faster then suppose to and many time I can't use it at all. Many issues

It's aloud me to talk only for a couple minutes, then it cut off my call!! I had email my phone no to the support team and explained problem .no answer from them ,no solution to sort it out. Bad service .AVOID and use a different app
Not able to call any phone number from my account. My money still unused in my account.. Very worst experience.. If possible please rectify this matter..
This is worst calling app I have ever used, it used 75% of my credit and still didn't manage to complete my conversation, ended using my mobile network to complete my conversation, wouldn't let me used mobile data to make my phone call, would only let me use WiFi, and the icing on the cake was it wouldn't even let me send an email to customer service. Foo Call you need to sort this out ASAP
Irresponsible Customer support. Takes ages to get a reply, I had enough. Gna uninstall.
struggling to top up,now cannot call abrosf
It was recommended to me by a colleague as I just moved to Kuwait. It won't even let me register. And I needed to call SA urgently.
I am using in my both phones with the same number. Clarity is fine. Recharge also simple. Using the same for more than 3 years.
Cannot phone South Africa!!

Rip off . It now takes your credit off you if you don't top up after 180 days since your last top up. It never used to years ago. I have 27 pounds credit but not for long
I'm getting disappointed these days with Foocall most the times I really struggle to get my people in South Africa and I have recharged it.
Even when you have some credit left and use the app it still takes it from you giving you zero ...rip off

Don't waste your time.
I cant progress my call as the keypad to select options when a call is in progress doesn't seem to work at all. This has meant that i am wasting call credit and getting absolutely nowhere. If a member of the technical can contact me to resolve this, that would be great.
I used to use this app for years but after recent updates started having broken lines and app seemed to need greater data. On the top of everything my credit once just disappeared after I changed my phone. When I contacted support they simply replied "all credit expires after 180 days". Thanks for that, I don't think I'd have had £10 lasting for that long, I still had £6 of it clearly remember and now it's gone, so am I. I'll find something better. I wouldn't recommend Foocall.
When I'm using initially it's good after 2 days it's not working properly. Waste of money
Need to improve
Previously it was working fine but after some updates in August 2016 I am not able to make any call to India at all. Even I recharge it with 10$ which are still as it is.
The app was taking 5x more than stated price even after the price had just gone up from something like 1.9p per minute to 18.8 or something like thay. Be careful, once you become loyal and use the app more they will find a way to SCAM you too!
Been a customer for several years, but after recent topup noticed that the price to call to Lithuania increased from 1.9p to nearly 20p !!!! Will delete my account after I use my credit.
Takes my money without giving any credits..impossible to get a hold of them..can't use on other devices with the same account..
At no point when I purchased credit was I told it would expire. Now it's gone. Downhill since it started, rates for calling change dramatically (Thailand more than tripled), never know what price a call will be until you dial the number, then they just expire your credit. Avoid.

Can't make calls and I have $14 over credit inside
Can't make calls properly and when you can the connection is rubbish! This is a scam because they swallow up your credit if you don't top up. I have reported them to the Ombudsman. Never use this app.

Credit expires after 180 days which is an absolute theft. How can a credit expire? I don't make phone call very often and in 10 years they've must have stolen a good £20 from me. Rubbish, I can get how a credit can expire :(
