I tried to do the WiFi setup, it doesn't work with Spotify now that I connect back to Bluetooth the speaker isn't loud anymore and I can't find any solution on the internet

Speaker is soft. Wifi often fails, app crashes for no reason, or fails to connect to speakers. Only scans for music the first time you install the software. After that any new mp3 files added to phone do not show up in the app's music library. Need to uninstall and install again for the app to scan and include the new files. Tried to like it but really disappointed. No Bluetooth, only wifi!! Sub par hardware, lousy software. I would not take it even if it was offered free.

It simply does not work. Only way to connect the speaker to wifi is with an iOS device. This app has one function: to connect your brand new $400 speaker to your home wifi network and it fails miserably at this. I can get as far as the screen where you choose between "Router Mode" and "Direct mode." It appears that "Router mode" is completely broken. Pressing this button does absolutely nothing. "Direct mode" seems to go through but it never establishes any connection with the speaker. The only way to get your speaker connected to wifi is with an iOS device. Luckily I have one so I was able to get mine working. But seriously, if you're going to sell an expensive, premium product you need to invest some effort into the software that powers it otherwise you are selling people $400 dust collectors.

After 15 minutes if trying Bluetooth I was able to connect to it via WiFi. At max volume it was barely audible over the sound of a frying pan. App is flashy but terrible. Does not do what is sais on the tin

The app is just continuation of the failure of the speaker itself. Both are just terrible.

I can set the speaker up using PC. But this android app just doesn't work. It crashed at the last step every time I tried.

I have an E3 and purchased an M box to explore connectivity. Negative! I have yet to figure out how to get the M box to work properly and it seems with TWO different apps, having music flow throughout my house will be a no go.
