I downloaded the app to find locations and earn rewards. The rewards part works but when I search for the closest location it just shows a list of all the locations in no particular order. The top 10 on my list are over 100 miles away even when there's is a location only 5 miles away. Please fix this.

The code to receive $5 off when you sign up does NOT work. When I went to checkout the cashier did NOT know how to use the app, didn't know how to apply the code, and straight up attempted to lie to me about the fact that the code had been applied to my total. It was a waste of my time and my money. On top of all of this, the wait to order anything was literally 20 min long. I should not have had to pay for my item at all. Marble Slab Creamery and it's Slab Happy App leave a bad taste in my mouth.

The "unable to connect to server" pops up every time. Create cards associated with the members phone numbers. We're already able to receive discounts by giving the cashiers our phone number. It's better than downloading this app

I've used this app multiple times in the past and I can't open it anymore for several months. It's very annoying because it will open on IOS but not on Android (for what I know). Is no one going to fix this? This is a terrible marketing strategy if you can't even get the app to open up.
