Every time I try to login or find my store it says connection error when I'm using data and wifi. Can't do anything on the app without logging in..

Every time I go to open the app it closes immediately. Very disappointed!

When registering, the app fails to communicate with their servers. When you get past the verification process, if you use a weak password, the app fails to go further. Confusing because the error message you receive has nothing to do with the password. Connection to server error After getting past registration, when it comes to entering your birthday in your profile... I have to literally swipe 340+ times to get into the year of my birth. And then... It fails to set. Thus forcing the user to try again. Only for it to fail again... F this app. Not the worst thing, the worst thing is, when you are ready to place an order, the app takes you to your browser anyways. ... So why have an app if we still place the orders through the website? I uninstalled this app. Pointless useless and has too many bugs. I could build a better app.

No search bar! I scrolled a little ways down without luck, not in order by immediate area or alphabetical by city or state. What a mess. I'll never find my store. Fix please and you can have 5 stars!

Switched phones and it sucks. Can't even open it, crashes every time. How the hell am I supposed to access the coupons I had? Can't get then online, only in the app. 0/10

The Turtle Creek location in Jonesboro is awesome. Needed a cookie cake on short notice and the two ladies there went above and beyond to make sure my son had hjust what he wanted, great customer service.

Just got a 16 in cookie cake from willow bend mall...it was terrible...looked like a 2yr old decorated it....

I love this app. Already have rewards. Must purchase more than the amount of reward or it takes your balance, that's not a problem. All my local stores participate, Go Huntsville, Alabama.

The app won't open.

The app worked great at first. Now it hasn't worked for the past month or so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't work properly. It needs to be fixed.

Won't download tried 3 times after the 4th try it finally download but it does have some bug that needs fixing keeps pulling me out of the app.

This only works for some locations. Others, the points do not show up. Received a $5 reward, but apparently YOU don't get to choose when you use it. I tried to purchase 1 cookie and their system took my whole $5 reward. They never told me the reward was being used. Seriously? I'll keep it for another month or so to see if it improves....

This app was great at first. Now it won't open and hadn't for the past two weeks. This app needs fixed.

Just went to store in 2/20/16 and app hasn't worked. Says connection not good but I'm home and connection is strong. I'm deleting this and I guess no rewards :-(

San Antonio locations do the points system. I should know, I work for the one at Rivercenter mall location. Our customers get mad that we don't the points. Our registers are way to old to do the points for this app. Need to do an upgrade on our registers.

Every single location in San Antonio does Not value any coupon/coupon code/app rewards. They all say they can't because they don't have the machine and can't type in codes. The only thing they can take sometimes is a printed out birthday coupon however have you seen it?! It a full blue page with red letters and a tiny barcode and it's only valid if the whole page is printed out. Do you guys know how expensive ink is?! I'm not about to waste all that ink for 50cents off. This is ridiculous!!

What's the point of making this a phone app if the stores won't it even let you use it unless you print it out? They said they need the barcode. What barcode? Had my taste buds all set to get some cookies to only be turned away. Very disappointed.

I never receive points when I go into a location and give them my number and still no points.
