Sadly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Deleting now.

The old version was so much better. I loved seeing the graph as well as the cifcle graph showing how often you had high sugar, low sugars, etc. Is it possible to go back to the old version? If at all possible I will go back to the old version. I am so sorry I did the update. I have used on track ever since I got a smart phone about 5 years ago. Recently recommended it to my brother and several other friends with diabetes. I will now let them know mot to update or use this app. Please bring back the old version. Even my doctor was impressed with it. Looking for a new app that will hopefully do what the old version of your app did.

WHAT DID YOU DO?? Put it back the way it was! It use to be so quick and easy to use. Now it takes much longer to enter data. And what's with this having to confirm every little thing I enter? Maybe it would be better to offer both the old and new versions of this app, so everyone can have what they need. I have moved to a different app, because this one is now unusable the way it is.

Y70%
by Y####:

Have used this latest update for a few days now. I have trouble seeing the tiny print, the closeness if the entry fields. I must confirm every action I take. What use to take me about 30 seconds to enter now takes me over a minute to complete. Graphs are absolutely worthless. If I could go back to the older version I would.

by Y####:

The previous version was much better. I have emailed support twice about the problems with it not computing daily averages (not reading day and time correctly) right and received no response. The problem appears to be getting worse, not better. Now I am concerned about how accurate it will be when with the rest of the calculations.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY USING IT, DO NOT LET THIS THING UPGRADE ON YOUR DEVICE WITHOUT MAKING SURE THEY'VE FIXED THE MULTIPLE ISSUES. I've been using OnTrack Diabetes for a few years now and have always been satisfied with it. The update I installed this morning (2017-10-05) is a disaster. The user interface is slow and unintuitive, and it appears to have trashed my data from former versions. I've beta-tested packages that were more market ready than this thing.

After using this application for several years I experienced the same surprise and disappointment expressed by many others with the disastrous update this fall. I kept hoping that the application would revert to its prior form or that the promised fixes would arrive. Unfortunately the features that made this application useful appear to be permanently lost.

W70%
by W####:

The update today makes it almost impossible to use. The print is so light I can barely read on my phone screen. And everything has moved around so it will take a steep learning curve to figure out how it works. The thing I liked about the previous version is how easy it was to use even when you had a low sugar and had physical issues related to that. I don't think I can use this app anymore and that makes me sad because it used to be awesome. :(

by Y####:

This App used to be one of the best Android Apps ever, but the last update has made it the worst (and there are are some pretty bad ones)! The old version worked very well, was easy to use, and provided useful charts and reports that I could use to manage my health. Now it is useless! Just tried to share my data as both a table and a .csv. file. I will uninstalling this App. Worst case, I will only lose a little data.

Y70%
by Y####:

So sad to see the best diabetes app on the market get destroyed. It always seems like the developers of these apps don't know what its like to track diabetes every day because each new upgrade makes the workflow worse.

Y70%
by Y####:

This new version is "too busy" and not as easy to use. Old version would give you A1C average, haven't been able to find that in this new one. Very disappointed with the update.

T70%
by T####:

I've used this app for a few years now but after this update I will no longer be using it. Old data fails to transfer across even after leaving it over night. Not happy. So if you're up dating a previous version don't bother. Absolute garbage, if I could give zero stars I would. Goodbye ontrack.

Y70%
by Y####:

Previous version had multiple graphs and calculations to monitor your BS. All of those are now missing. App is now fairly useless. Will need to find another app.

Y70%

blood glucose averages only use whole numbers, I need tenths for more accuracy. NO RESPONSE TO Email SENT TO SUPPORT. App used to be good, my opinion failing fast.

Update sucks, cant track A1C deleting this app have used it for 5 years, sad loosing my data ticks me OFF

Y70%

Easily the best app on my phone... UNTIL THE LATEST UPDATE!!! What did you do??? The previous version was SO MUCH BETTER!

X70%

Was a great app. Just doesn't work on android 7 - Samsung galaxy 7 edge. Update quickly or it's time for another app.

It stopped working for new inputs today. I want the old one back.

From a brilliant app to a useless one after update. Can we get the old app.

Y70%

What happe to the import function? You can email the csv out but there is no way of importing it back in.

H70%

It was a great app until the latest update. Will be removing it.

Rubbish compared to the last version

Y70%

Great app for people who don't have a meter that automatically connects to a smartphone. Easy to use with some great options. Would rate it 5 stars if it had an option to output the log data to csv. Could this be introduced in the next update? UPDATE: Just had a look on the company website and it appears as though they have a new diabetes monitor app in development. Hope it's as good as this one and incorporates some of the features users have asked for.

Loved this app till I got a new phone. Entries were easy & straight forward. Simple to use. Unable to transer data to new phone. Lost continuity with more than a year and a half of records gone. Then new phone did a software update. Still have what little data I had entered. But now the time of day entry is all goofed up. Instead of just typing in a number, must move the hands round a clock face. Can not see how many minutes. Must guess at position, tap ok, then check entry and try again if minutes are incorrect. Used to love that you could just type a number. Trying to find another app. None of them are as simple & clean as tbis used to be.

Love the app. Easy to use and does what I need it for. My only issue is the color of the bar in the report for the logs. It is a lighter color and shows up very faint when printing on a black and white laser printer. Have to manually highlight the graph when printing it out for my Doctor. Would be nice if the user could define the colors of the graphs. Then it would be 5 stars.

I have 2 issues with this software... Some graphs show very small letters and it cant zoom in or edit zoom level of the axis..my biggest issue is when entering time (before lunch etc) i mean come on time is already taken into account automatically do we really have to identify every single time that when eating at 20:00 its dinner? Also, how about exporting data so i can send to a doctor? Other than these, thank you for developing this app!

Love the simplicity of data entry, great for on the go to reference later. Readings easy to view and ability to add own meals is good. Lack of sync and cloud backup disappointing as is lack of updates and support. Had need to contact on several occasions yet received zero response. The app is now outdated and provides no assistance for the user. Better apps available and no longer use.

Like the app. However after few months it is no longer showing glucose daily number on the history page. A month has passed since I called, filled out website contact page and no one contacted me to solve the issue.

i have had this app for years and have loved it's easy use and the many types of reports it generated. i then didn't use it for a while, and now that i am back to it, i find that there is only 1 report and it does not pull notes and medications like it used to. so now i have to remember to tell my doctor when meds changed or other changes happened. truly disappointed in the reports, but i love the rest of the options

Only (small) short coming: Glucose range graphics don't have any annotation allowing to distinguish them. Solid application with easy customisation. However even though the application supports backup to any installed cloud storage as well as email to caregivers it is - luckily i might add - free of any other cloud garbage. Furthermore it allows export of your data as flat text file (CSV). It still offers HTML / webpage format reports and data export and graphics to spot trends

I've tried several apps and find this is the best one to enter and keep trap of my blood sugar. It allows me to edit or delete incorrect entries and compare data of same time - apple to apple instead of mixing all in one graph. Thanks

You can track glucose, exercise, meds, weight and generate graphs and reports to save or email. Easy to use, easy to edit. The authors of this are to be commended! And no ads! I used an earlier version for 4 years and tried this, it is just as good, if not a little easier to use. Give it a try, you'll find many useful features.

Great app, but there appear to be incompatibility issues with Android 7.0. When changing the time for when a reading was taken, it's now nearly impossible to see the numbers, plus it's now a really annoying format that's difficult to adjust to anything but 5 minute increments. Please update so these problems don't persist!

S70%
by S####:

Great user interface. Easy to use and configure. Tracks all kinds of data. My biggest complaint is that it truncates decimal points in metric (ie. 6.2 and 6.6 both get stored as 6)

2. When showing the Medication graph, the 4th medicine reuses the color of the first. Please choose a new color. This is done correctly in the logbook option. 3. The logbook uses the first glucose value of a category, but should use the average. 4. Similarly use sum/category for medicine. 5. When you are calculating A1c, do use the average of the bgs, or the average of the daily averages, or some sort of more sophisticated algorithm. Thanks Michael

Why do you have to give your email address? I hate that and it seems like so many apps ask for your email address in order to ise the app. Why can't they just make an app that just works without needing your email address?

A70%
by A####:

Its a great app. But does not have backup option. Sync to dropbox or any cloud provider will mean that I will not lose data when changing phones or when phone crashes. This option will make this the top app worthy of 5 stars.

HbA1c is off by 2% according to my last one. Yours computes lower than what my doctor has. 22Feb16 had to reset phone and saved data before doing so and after reset, reinstalling app, went to restore data and information was not restored. NOW I HAVE TO INPUT THE DATA OVER AGAIN! WHY?!?

S70%

I previously gave this app a bad review after I updated but have since revised my opinion the app is clean and solid. I may still prefer the previous version in some ways but overall am very happy with it.

Missing possibility to enter "waist diameter" and "BMI" (and graph them)... Strabge developer hasn't add them... as they're critical for weight control and diabetes control
