Tad - Ads for creators we love

I've 500 points yesterday, and when I came back again 24 hours later to get another 500 but it says 'You've got the maximum for the day!' and another point is I've been send these points to support my favourite people yet they see no money like this app said!

The app hasn't worked for a while. I haven't properly used it for at least a month but it keeps on telling me that I've hit my daily limit despite not earning a single tad in a month+. I thought it might be because I have 500 tads stored. I can't know if that is the case though! Why? Because it won't let me donate my tads! It can't "fetch" the people I want to donate too. The only reason I rated this 2 stars is because I enjoy the app when it's working correctly. I love being able to support the people I watch/follow. I'm only leaving this review so people know about these glitchs beforehand. I hope they get fixed soon. When they do I'll try and firgure out how to edit this review. EDIT: Figured out how to edit. My device is a Galaxay J5 if this helps the programmers to fix these glitches.

I have sent a message about this issue through the "contact us" on the app before about the app now not allowing me to fund creators I follow on Twitter/Twitch/YouTube. I heard the creators needed to have 1k followers & apply for tad, not sure if true or false. I do know for a fact that 2 of the 3 people I was funding on TAD before the recent update on my Samsung phone meet these requirements since they even advertise funding them on TAD at the end of their videos. I did also uninstall & reinstall the app to see if that would fix the issue, but it clearly has not done anything about this issue. I wish to be able to fund these creators again so I hope this problem can be resolved.

The app no works correctly since the last update. The ADs constantly freeze, even with I'm using 5Ghz WiFi with a strong signal. At best, it takes me 30-40 minutes to earn the daily limit of Tads watching on ADs worth 10 Tads. At worst, it takes 30-40 minutes to earn 100 tads only watching 10 Tad video! Also, on the few occasions that Tad worked properly, a notification appeared that I reached the daily limit when I earned 480 Tads instead of 500. Initially, I thought the limit had been lowered, but I found out that I could earn 500 Tads even I continued to watch ADs, although the counter wouldn't reflect it until I switched to the "Fund Creators." Please work to resolve this issues so that Android users can return to supporting their favorite content creators ASAP. Thank you!

I can't even load the app after installation, all I get is a white screen. I just want to support my fav lesbian mums and their adorable puppiah. What the heck man.

App broken on android. Ads just won't load. I hear that happens non stop on android. I tried turning it off and on again but it still won't work.

It's a great app and I would love to support loads of my favourite content creators, by at the moment after watching a few ads, the app freezes and crashes my phone.

I like the concept, but the ads constantly freeze on android. This makes it nearly impossible to use.

The app has an issue counting totals for a max amount. Once the pop up message notifying maximum has been reached and your total displays less than 500, exiting the app and coming back seems to let the app recalculate. The bug should be fixable.

Doesn't work. I open it but all I get is the loading screen forever.

ADS ARE WORTH 9.75 TADS ON AVERAGE, NOT 30! Stop lying to potential users. I've never seen the mythical average ad worth 30 tads.

I like the idea but the app doesn't work at all. I looked at some reviews and it seems that you people haven't fixed anything.

app is trash, their choosing of creators is trash, devs are trash, worse than EA.

So far its been great. I do wish there was a way to track how much $$ goes to the creator after my support. Please new ads.

Amazing just occasionally doesn't give you points. I'd also like it if you had some kind of system that'll show you're progress.

It won't play the ads. How am i supposed to support my favs if it won't play?

Love this idea! Now I can support one of my favorite youtubers, Minx. The ads are fun and it's pretty simple. Doesn't overheat my phone on startup or while watching ads, however it does crash often and upon trying to restart app it starts overheating my phone. Hope this gets fixed because I think this could be a great app for creators and fans.

Literally within minutes after downloading I encountered s#!t tons of lag. I immediately uninstalled, and I don't trust this app enough to give it another try. The ratings are extremely terrible, the reviews warned me. This app needs to be built from the ground up by more fit programmers.

This app has the potential to be great. But...at the moment, it slows my phone down AND overheats it. Whenever I press the back button it closes the app, even if I'm in the option menu/another tab. It is VERY slow and is difficult to find the creators. It has a HUGE need for improvement, but I believe there is a need for an app like this.

I really hope your team can get this app working. I would love to help support the struggling content creators on YouTube, but currently none of the ads will actually begin playing on my phone. If I can't run the adds then I can't gain any tads. Once it gets up and running I will be more than glad to 5 star the app.

This app is both extremely misleading and doesn't work. Nice concept but you can only give to people who have more than 1k followers on Twitter. No Youtube, Twitch, ect. You also are supposed to earn 500 tads a day (.50 cents) but it only lets me earn 500 tads and nothing after that.

I love the concept, but the app is REALLY BAD. Horribly designed, badly flawed, etc. The UI is often confusing (I find myself accidentally closing the app by pressing the "back" button all the time). There's no way to see "funding history" (how much total you have given to a creator), which sucks. At one point, all the ads on the page were the same video with different titles below them (a bug, I'm sure). In the FAQ they say the average is 30 tads per ad, but I've only ever seen 10 or 15 tads per ad. Also, there's never more than 10 ads to watch (fortunately, you can close the app from the multitasking window, come back, and rewatch the same ads for more tads).

Very misleading to BOTH the fans and the content creator. A fan would suspect that once they watch an ad; their content creator would get paid that week or that month. Unfortunately, the content creator have this delima, every month, 25+ unique fans need to use the APP and support their content creator. If not, TAD keeps all the money and DOES NOT PAY until 25+ unique fans Watch an AD every month. This makes me believe that Tad is a SCAM! I can understand having a minimum balance before TAD pays the content creator but 25+ unique fans every month just seems ridiculous. 1/10 would not use again.

Great app to financially support my favorite content creators on YouTube when I can't. The user interface is simple, easy to follow, and about information is easy to understand. I personally thank you for being transparent on how much money is produced after I watch the ads, where even YouTube or any apps is not that transparent or at all. But please update the app, I had problems where the app slows down or crashes with more ads I watch, and please make the user interface more smoother to operate.

Cool concept, horrible app that is very unresponsive. Who wrote this? Do they know Java at all? Needs optimisation, remember you are asking people to take time out of their day to assist both creators and you. Make sure your app doesn't suck.

I really wanted to use this app to support my favorite YouTube channel Geek Remix but it is a COMPLETE disaster. It's extremely laggy, doesn't let me connect to Twitter, and I literally can't watch a SINGLE ad. Every one of them refuses to play. Please fix this app because at this point it's an unusable mess.

Just as many reviews here, the app is quite glitchy and non-friendly. It's not to the point where it's unbearable, but it can be quite frustrating sometime.

This app has good potential,and I like that you can help support some of your favourite content creators,but it overheats my device and drains the battery. I went from 45% to 10% by just trying to get 500 Tads,the app is also a bit laggy,but I didn't have too much of a problem with this. If the app can be fixed in some way then I will gladly continue to use it,but for now.....I'm not too sure.

It works fine but I can't find the creator I want to support and I know they are using Tad. It's only letting me see Twitter when I'm looking for a youtuber if that could be fixed or if someone could help that would definitely improve my rating of this app.

This app. is rubbish and the company is a fraud. Supporters put their time in but the creators aren't being paid.
