This app does not connect with Qardiobase. I have downloaded the app onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy Note Pro with no success. Even though Google Play says all my devices are compatible, this simply isn't the case. I have now downloaded the app on my Apple 5th Gen iPod Touch and it all works perfectly. Very disappointed that it won't work with my phone or tablet.

My first unit did not work as well. Thought batteries that came with it were drained; had them replaced with two new sets---still on and off. After messaging tech crew, a replacement was sent fast. So far, my new unit is working superbly, for a week now, without fail. So far, so good!

Simple interface is easy to use. Arm placement ket to consistent readings. Bluetooth frequently hard to connect on my Samsung Note 4. Gave up after 10 minutes of tinkering this morning. Annoying! Put this on IOS PLEASE.

My doc said it was more accurate than most home (especially wrist) devices. I like its easy interface with Samsung's S Health app and its data export in various formats. Seems as though it drained the batteries when in proximity to an open linked Bluetooth device.

We bought 2 units ... I have Dysautonomia and husband has A-FIB... they're a godsend for keeping records and emailing to our doctor. The customer service is excellent, our first one was defective, but they shipped me a new one in a matter of a few days. I take mine everywhere.

I've owned one of these for several months and love it. I had a problem and contacted the support. 2 days later a brand new one arrived. Don't know how the support department could be any better. Buy one today.
