Perx - Earn Points Be Rewarded

Hi..im unable to retrieve my bookmarked merchants and im.also unable to view my rewards from Belif

lousy . my ezlink points doesnt even load

All my rewards are gone after updating. What's the point of using this loyalty cards when I can't redeem.

Your new update still doesnt fix the issue of unable to load my rewards. What are you all doing??

The apps doesnt even load. Wrote to the support and issues are not resolved. Not able to collect my point and not able to redeem my rewards. -.-

It took a while for my points to be transferred from the old version to the new one but I was glad to see them again. Now if I could only use them on something...

Omg what happened? App does not load with full 4g connection. Had to use it to scan however after scanning it shows the app stopped. I was in a long queue and unable to check status.

Quite useless app. I don't know it's purpose anymore. Removed application. Sorry

Was not able to view the list of merchants & collect points. What will be the purpose of the app then?

The entire apps is useless and waste of time. Support can't resolved the issues. The more points you earned, the more pissed you are.

Title says it all. I can't use the app because of the error.

Lost all points all of a sudden, I've been using the same phone, same OS version, and same account since I first installed this app. Nexus 6 user here.

Ezlink card points were all gone. I can't even add back the ezlink card. It will have the error prompt. ):

Everytime choose loyalty card it lasts forever and crash. No need to scan the app is useless now

Worst update ever! 1. Lost all rewards point accumulated 2. Not working after update - cannot collect any stamp nor EZ link point 3. Customer service is totally not helpful. Update to your reply (17th Nov 2016) If there is negative star you probably deserve it. I had communicated with your team and your team admitted this is caused by the technical problem of the update. I tried to login even with a new account but still not working. Probably Android 7.0 is too advance for your app development team.

After updating to the new version, all rewards/points which I accumulate since the launch of app are now all gone. What a way to reward your supportive users. Pui! Update: I received an email from them that I might have accidentally log in another account. Goodness! How could I log in to another account when I have only one? Does this mean someone else could have logged in my account as well? This serious sh*t about the security of this app and our privacy! Reply to perx: Reading through your replies to the rest of the reviewers, you keep telling us because we have logged in to a used account. How can so many users encounter the same problem? Stop giving excuses and fix the app! Stop pushing the blame to us; the problem is entirely at your end.

Doesnt add my ez link card. Used to work with previous versions of app

Everytime I try to scan a QR code, it crashes. Further to developer's reply to my feedback here, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But I just tried it and it crashed again.

Most of the time i click the ezlink icon it crashes. How can i redeem points if this is the case? No points is added in my ezlink :(

Just installed app and it's already not working. Also, i can't add my ez link card at all.

I don't see anything of value being offered on the app.

Found all my points and linked cards gone after update. Logged out then back in and it synced everything back.
