Poor and Pathetic service. Driver simply denied for the duty, although payment was already done . Upon contacting team they simply told to wait 5 5 mins. And at the end on the pickup time, they also simply denied and asked me to arrange cab myself!!!!!! I wonder how they run a company where they just can't arrange a single cab. Not recommended AT ALL !!!

Excellent service I am a class 10 student but thanks to their amazing customer service I had no problem booking a cab for Manali with my family. I had a very good experience with the cab they provided. It was a comfortable journey. Also, the driver was very good and knew all the routes. It was a successful journey. Thank you GetMeCab for this wonderful service.

Cheater in payment time

It was awesome Experience from Getmecab. I was supposed to reach Jaipur urgently and this aap helps me totally. Cab arrived at perfect time and Driven me Comfortably at my desired location. No complaints regarding driver...As he was totally professional and well behaved. At first I was a little bit worry about his route education but he prove me wrong and Iam happy for that. No issues regarding cost anything... Thank u Getmecab for such a lovely experience.

I needed a cab urgently and GetMeCab provided me with a well maintained car in a very short duration in spite of it being festive season. They provide the best customer care and actually make sure you get a smooth service. They understood my urgency and responded in the required manner. I highly recommend GetMeCab. Worst cab service. They charge based on ESTIMATED KMS rather than ACTUAL DISTANCE covered. My trip cost came to 4987 Rs. The same trip when I took it from Savaari cab rentals the next week the cost came to 3728Rs. Contacting customer care online service is waste of time. Representative mentioned that charges will be based on ESTIMATED KMS rather than ACTUAL DISTANCE covered. Stupid policy. Waste of money. Even the driver assigned for the trip was not feeling well he came to this trip right after his night shift. Entire journey we were very nervous. Won't ever opt for GetMeCab service.

Professional team... Booked 2 tempo Travellers for my journey.. Coordination was really gud... Drivers are really good and courteous... Pick up to drop... No problems at all... Will look forward to drive again with getmecab.

One of the worst cab booking service used by me in recent times. Booked the cab well in advance, but there was no sign of driver details ever 15min prior to the scheduled arrival. On continuous follow up, was told that the initial cab had some issue and they are arranging a new cab but I will have to wait for another 90 mins!! Awesome service from getmecab. I was picked up at the perfect time from the airport and driven comfortably to my desired location in Mumbai. The driver was courteous and as I exited he was right there at the terminal exit with my name on a cardboard sheet held high.
