worst services and worst promises by all staffs and co ordinators . especially the head (jia) boasts and their respect towards beauiticians is beneath their foot. the customer care girls really dont care for customers nor beauiticians. when questioned they have a beautiful option to disconnect the call and never answer. even jia the so called incharge does the same. think twice r thrice r even more before getting into such worst people so called cheaters .

TIME TO REPLACE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. They do not fit to work for getlook CS team anymore.... Worst ATTITUDE, worst COORDINATION, RUDE BEHAVIOR, UNPROFESSIONAL... They behave as if they are the founders of the company. THEY DO NOT RESPECT/VALUE BEAUTICIANS. Beauticians are the backbone of the beauty services company. The reviews also say, some of your beauticians and clients had issues with CS team. CS team job is to coordinate with beauticians and clients but not to be rude, show attitude, bad behavior to beauticians. They give appointments as they wish and force beauticians to take an appointment(irrespective of service, amount(not profitable/very small orders), distance, time), they change appointment time without informing beauticians and clients. CS team girls behave as if they are running the business and paying payment to beauticians, but haven't realized that they are getting paid b'cos of the beauticians work. And b'cos of CS team girls bad attitude and behavior, beauticians may get bad impression on the company.

I have booked body massage.I am not satisfied with the massage service.message should be for 1hr.I was in so much back pain and wanted to relax.The beautician don't have knowledge about muscles and pressure points.S he was giving pressure at wrong points which was painful.I am a physio myself so I have all knowledge about muscles and pressure points.I always used other beauty service which is too good as compared to this.its my 3rd service.1st one was good .2nd was ohkk.this one is horrible.waste of money .

I had couple of bad experiences my toe nail after the pedicure n the body massage I had I had to meet an orthopedician for further treatment the lady shaheeda who come the next time was supposed to be their best n she too messed up did not completely do her work was in a hurry to go back . Head massage was like playing with a child's hair trying to put them to sleep . the coordinator nyna told me she would get back to me and till date m awaiting her to get back.
