Like everyone else, I bought the device, but the app (which is essential to using it) would not let me log in. This is so universal that I assume the sellers of the device are essentially scamming people. The app seemingly hasn't worked for around two years, and the sellers must know this. The only good news is that Groupon, who sold us the device, gave us a full refund with no questions asked.

Got the bracelet but can't login, anyone else had the same problem? Any help on how to overcome the problem would be much appreciated

Did the same as everyone as well. Hit bracelet can't sign in to update time and date. Frustrating.

This app won't even let me sign in!! I purchased an activity tracker that requires this app for its setup and use.....without it my tracker has been rendered useles....wasting my time and money!!!

Bought the wristband off of Wowcher, followed the instructions and the app won't even let me sign in. Waste of money, doesn't even deserve 1star.

This doesn't work. It won't let me or anyone else log on. The bracelet is crap and a waste of money.

Doesn't work. Wristband needs a passcode to pair with Bluetooth and it is nowhere to be found. Will not sense wristband via Bluetooth on some units, so it is impossible to pair items.

Item arrived a month late, unable to access App via gmail. The reviews so far aren't great.

Band doesn't connect and is a waste of time and money very disappointed that they are still able to sell this product :(

In order to get the band to work YOU NEED to use the qr code don't download this. The correct app is different and doesn't require Gmail account

same as everybody else..got the bracelet..downloaded the app...then couldnt sign in..clicked the link to the dev's website..doesnt exist what a sham..and no way of contacting gmail for help either...WASTE OF MONEY..by the way..I have only clicked 1 star because it wouldnt let me submit otherwise

I got my bracelet which works but I'm unable to update the time! Have tried connecting to the app but it is still giving me the same message - cannot connect to Google servers! Please fix it!

Really sorry I never done my homework before buying this. 2 reasons. Onhad I have read the feed back would never of bought it. Like many or most other reviews I cannot log on either. Also thought I was getting a good deal of wounder. £15 instead of £50 only to find them on eBay for £6. Even £6 is robbery. Will be sending back

How is it this thing has got all the same complaints and nothing has been done? Same problem as everyone else can't sign in. And I'm on the Samsung edge 6. What you think your getting for a good deal is a waste of money. The bracelet it's self looks decent but completely worthless with out the app.

No one it downloaded onto my phone, 2 it will not connect to google, 3 it email and website are no longer valid. this app has big problems.

Says it's a problem with Google but my Google account is working just fine. The app just won't connect. Wasted my morning trying to open app to connect my smart band. I'm using galaxy s5 active.

Just got the getfit bracelet and downloaded the app but cannot sign in!!!! any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Can't believe I didn't look at these reviews before buying this thing! Same as everyone else thought it was a good deal from wowcher. .. can't sign in to the app ... the bracelet is a total waste of space without the app! Daylight robbery!

Cheated completely wrist band won't even switch on?!! And the App like everyone else won't let me sign in. Ripped off completely. Extremely DISGUSTED by this.

Well, I found out that the free version of this app does not work. I had the same problem that everyone on here has, which is you can't sign in. But, I found out that you have to purchase the Getfit Pro app for $4.99 (same company and developers) and it works perfectly fine, which makes me think they did this on purpose...can you say set up...

Band is fine but useless if the app is nonfunctoonal. Bought ofebay so will be asking fir mobeh back.

Cannot log in, no pin submited to pair the device with the phone.

Like everyone else I didn't do my homework. I cannot use my Gmail account to register nor will it let me set up an account with the app. I can't even use my Facebook account to register which the app offers. I will be asking for a full refund for a device I cannot use.

HATE IT. Keep getting the "we can't connect to Google server" error. Who would want to gamble on the getfit pro version of this software when this freeware will not sign in.

Cant connect to the google server fix this. Why would you release something that hasnt been tested absolutely useless and terrible. Never recommending to anyone.

Like everyone else, I can't log in to Google acct for this. Got mine from go groupie. Am mailing them now to suggest discontinuing the item and asking for money back! Certainly not fit for intended purpose as per trades description act. Am fuming!!!

Fails to open and does not work crap app not sure if anyone knows what to do. Anything out that will work with smartband. Same as every one. Fails

Can't even log in.

Not very impressed. Ordered the bracelet downloaded the app and it won't let me log in. I've tried logging in multiple times. Even waited the 30 minutes it said to wait before trying again and nothing. Total bull. Would have never bought the bracelet had I known the app doesn't work

I bough a fitness bracelet which uses this app and I can't even sign in with my Google account so I've now wasted my money. Not impressed at all!!
