Love the idea of being able to share pics, videos, and comments privately within a select group as we use it daily for baby pictures for long distance family. The design is intuitive and well laid out, which is key for the grandparents to use. The biggest problem I have is for my OP3 is that I cannot upload any photos! (main reason to have this app...) It shows the upload progress all the way to 100% then an error message. Videos load fine. Also, sharing from Google photos does not work. iPhone app works...

My friends loved the app initially until we discovered the video limit. We will have to find a new place to share our things, sadly. Options to upload audio files and word documents are also missing. If these options were present with larger limits (enough for our song recordings) it would be perfect. Decent app, but doesn't cut it for us without these things

I've used Cluster for 2 years as a means of sharing new baby pics/videos easily, with friends & family across the country. We LOVE the app & the opportunity it gives to comment on photos, etc. It's nearly like my far-away friends & fam actually get to be here! Cluster support is ready & available to help, as well, if any issue arises with the app. Shout out to Marlene, who did trouble shooting for weeks when my phone developed a weird bug... She was incredibly helpful!

Upload process is incredibly buggy with multiple images impossible to upload and wrong images being uploaded. Also, do let us pick images using our own gallery app that we're using instead of the custom interface you've built. It is also not possible to upload pics using the share option from any of the android gallery apps. On a Redmi 2 Prime.

When I first downloaded this app I had an iPhone and everything worked smoothly but now I have a Google phone and it will not allow me to download my pictures. When I click the download button it says it downloaded but when I go back to see it in my photo file, there are no photos to be found.

Can only upload photos from within the app. If I try to select photos from my phone's gallery and then share to cluster, I get a notification saying the photos are being uploaded but they never appear in the stream. When uploading using the blue plus button in the app it is very difficult to see which photos you are selecting as all you have is a thumbnail that shows only part of the picture.

Loved this app to share pictures of my daughter with family who do not live close. The past week, however, I haven't been able to upload more than one picture at a time. Even when I can upload one, it ends up being the wrong picture. Please fix this!!!

I switched to this from Spaces, since it got discontinued, so far it's been okay, the design isn't really as much my thing as spaces was, but it works, and that's way more important. However, what it's really lacking for me is there ability to share links as web view elements, live you could in spaces, you can still share them as text but that's just not the same thing. If this get's updated with proper link sharing abilities I'd be happy to give it 5 stars.

Its a great app for sharing pictures with plastering them all over social media. You can choose who can see the pictures and whether they can post as well. The only draw back is that recently I have not been able to post pictures.

Having lots of problems uploading pics. I get an error message saying "Whoops, looks like we ran into a problem uploading". I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, same thing... Very frustrating. Please look into.

My photos look blurry on cluster but the originals look great. Others tried to download my pictures but they were still blurry. Even with the update, photos are blurry.

Cool concept... Kinda like Vidku, except there isnt an option to record in app for Cluster with is kinda cumbersome and tedious to have to record with the camera app then upload it to Cluster

It crash infinitely when you try to create another group. Correct this error and ill give it a 5 star. The rest was ok pas update...

This is a great app that does a simple job well - sharing photos and short videos privately and away from social media. Easy to upload, not had that problems others appear to (s6 edge). Sure more features would be nice (particularly to preview photos larger than a thumbnail before uploading) but basically does what it says on the tin.

Very easy to download pics and create different groups. Message to developers...is it possible to create different folders in the groups? It would really help keep things more organized. Thanks for this

Frequently hangs up "Preparing photo 10%". Also doesn't like to load multiple photos. HTC 10.

Bugs when trying to upload multiple photos. Uploads wrong files sometimes. Can't share from camera app. Almost nothing works right. I am using Galaxy s7 with latest os.

Sharing family pics to to only family is great. Can use it on tablet like a live photo frame display. Using it for other youth group pics too. Keeps kids pics off unsecuerd social media but let's us remain social.

Great for sharing pics and videos with family of all ages (including my grandparents who are in their 90s). I do wish there was a way to download individual pictures that's others have shared.

I love that my pics are not searchable and only by invite. I do not like to share pics of my daughter on social media but I feel safe sharing them on cluster with the people I choose.

Could not downlaid any of the travel photos my friends put up.

Awesome idea, I love being able to post pictures with my group. And while it is fairly buggy and does need the work, there are consistent updates and it is always getting better. Keep it up guys!

I've used it very little so can't give a full review, but so far I can't upload a profule pic. So far this app isn't off to a good start.

Too many bugs... can't work with it normally.. good idea but don't put it to waste ...

Loved it with my old m8, but no matter what I can't save photos on the s7, won't download won't do anything, please fix this

Did something happen? All of my groups suddenly disappeared today.

Login with Facebook hasn't worked in months, which was how I connected with friends.

Continual problems with uploading from my photos gallery and today from within the app

What happened? This app used to be wonderful but now pictures turned out pixelated/grainy

Videos fail to upload pretty consistently.

Its a good idea, like it alot, I just cant make a group. Hasn't let me for a week now.

I upgraded my phone to a Pixel and the app won't view all my photos on my phone and neither can I upload new photos to my cluster account.

There just needs to be more organization. Folders are a necessity. Otherwise it's just a bunch of random pics you have to sift through

When I load videos, they compress to be short and wide. Why?!

The pictures disappear for no reason after being posted.

Love this app! Perfect platform for sharing a continuous stream of baby photos with my family!

Its gets to 95% then the status bar disappears.

Unable to upload coz it freezes n crashes .. very poor fix it

Not Happy!! Cannot find "Log Off" option!!, I don't want to be logged in all the time :(
